In this video I work on a Husqvarna 130BT backpack blower we got for $10. It was missing many parts including the carburetor, air filter, assembly, and fuel tank. In the end, I was able to get it running, but not well. There will be more videos on this blower.

Always check the intake boots on those. The 4 bolts loosen and they run lean. Sometimes the carb will have a slight wiggle. Seen two recently with the same issue.

The Intake manifold was tight, thanks for the suggestion though.

That extra gasket material often acts as a heat shield

Okay, that makes sense. I imagine you could also make another gasket out of it if you needed to.

@@Differentthings2006 yes I’m sure you could. I would leave the carb one whole though. Without it you might get vapor lock
