vince manna yes just turn Throttle screw back until chain stops while in idle. Throttle screw has the "T"

I have a same problem. To high idle speed. But on mine the chain dont spinning.

​@@HorvathSzabolcs88 Then you probably don't have the idle speed set to high. Do you have a 2 stroke tachometer? If you are worried about the L or H settings being off you probably will need one. The H is the one that really demands a tach. The L setting shouldn't go up at all when you turn the choke on and then off. It should start to die when you turn it on and go back to normal idle with it off. If the rpms go up when you do this your L screw is probably set to lean so turn it to the left no more then a 1/4 turn. The most important thing is to only tune when it warmed up and has a clean air filter. SZabolcs I wouldn't bother turning down the idle speed unless the chain is spinning. If the chain want to lock up your sprocket is probably worn out. Ever heard the saying don't fix it unless its broken?

This video shows the speed measurement and setting according to the tables. In our language you wouldn't understand us anyway.

Exactly my sentiments Andy. What I wanted to know was what tool to fit into what hole and what number of turns in what direction to give me a steady tick over (which I can hear with my own ears).......and then with my own eyes(No technology needed here either) I could check that @ this setting there was little or no movement in the chain. With reguard to whether this is the most unhelpful Husquvarna video ever made.......Who knows ? Who cares? Not Garden and Forest if one is to judge from their arrogant dismissal of you (and me and anybody who is not "professional..like them "Quote......." In our language you wouldn't understand us anyway." Whatever about all that the central question that needs to be answered is "How useful is this video" In my opinion it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.......and as such is A WASTE OF TIME.NB For what it's worth I have "professional " experience in reviewing practical books/DIY manuals etc. ...dating back to The Practical Book Review on Channel 4 in 1983.

I agree. More interested in showing the toy off. An explanation of which relevant adjusting hole to probe and for high, low and idle would have proved more enlightning.
