It has been more than 2 years since I bought my 2020 model Husqvarna 435 chainsaw and it still works great, I have zero complaints. So I thought it would be a good idea to do a long time review. I cut 20 cubic meter of timber each year for firewood. Thats my main source for heating my house.
I do some basic Husqvarna 435 chainsaw maintenance, checking air filter, spark plug, cleaning and sharpening the chain.

I love my little 435. It's funny but when he started it and I heard the sound, I said yeah, that's her!

You seem to have a very strange relation to your saw

And for us who completely useless using a file to sharpen a chain, do what I did. Buy 10 extra chains and an electric chain sharpener. Easier to swap a chain than sharpen it for me. And when I'm out of sharp chains its usually time to go home and fix dinner anyways and bring out the electric sharpener of cours :)

Only thing I dislike is the dogs on it. I recently bought one after using a ms250 for a long time. I am going to design and have a new one cut from 3mm hardox500

I couldn’t tell is that the stock consumer blade or a wood cutters blade? I can tell you there’s a big difference in cutting ability, And the price is well worth it.

Its stock and Husqvarna brand X-CUT SP33G PIXEL made specific for this saw, I dont know if there is any better out there, but i will check it out 👍

@@GurrasGarage OK I’m not familiar with what stock blades they put out heck I didn’t even know they made such a thing but the difference is in between each cutter blade is basically how you can tell but like I said it’s a world of difference in the cutting ability and a reason they don’t sell them to normal consumers because of safety reasons their a lot more dangerous for the average Joe.

Have the same saw and tend to get bar oil and even gas leaking out after sitting awhile. I think it’s from pressure buildup in the tank from sitting for long periods. It runs fine like yours when in use though. Have you had any of these issues?
@GurrasGarage
@GurrasGarage Год назад
No I havent had any of those issues. I had oil leaks on my old Sthil but none on this saw.
