When a 3-Phase-Motor is humming, it usually means, that it is missing a phase. With the contactor rattling it probably burnt up the points and was making a bad connection on one of the phases. Best to allways confirm 3-Phase Power at the Motor itself, before calling it a dead motor :) That vibration is a nightmare though. Best to replace that whole heep of junk.

The "shaking" of the contactor is called CHATTERING. low voltage is part of problem. The contacts on the contactor are probably bed. The belts are loose. The squirrel cage may be unbalanced.
Probably have a 3-phase motor single-phasing the contacts on the starter probably wasn't making. But where weird is the heaters didn't burn up hmm good video
Nope. It was just replaced before I got there by the building. Next visit, I will be replacing the motor starter, changing the belt and doing some maintenance to see if anything can be done to make it better until the unit can be repalced. Thanks for watching! 🙏🔧⚡️🤙
Motor starters are used to protect the motor, whereas circuit breakers are used to protect the wiring. A motor starter has an amperage range it is rated for with a fine tuning adjustment to make it trip at maximum motor draw plus a percentage for loss over the wiring
