I Had The Opportunity To Test This Belt For A Solid Month Prior To It Hitting The Market, I Can Tell You It Does Exactly What Todd Says It Does. With A 2018 RZR XP1K Highlifter The Secondary CVT Squeal Is Very Noticeable, With This Thick Quiet Belt I Literally Hear Nothing Out Of The Clutch System Now Through The Snorkels. Very Well Done Todd & Thank You For The Work You Do!
Just bought hunterworks thick belt and round rollers for my XP 1000. Best investment ever. Had 800 miles on my machine and the square Pucks werr already were rubbing bad. Keep up the good work and the videos.
I just installed this on my 2017 rzr high lifter and it is quiet now!!!! It screamed and was jerky on takeoff. These problems have gone away it is well worth the money. Thank you Todd
This is awesome news. My General screams. It's got ALL the volume turned up. Clutch kit snorkels gear reduction and portals. Ordering soon. I wish the HW on it would fit my 14 rzr 1000xp...
What about the old one I just installed it do I need to put the washer on and I’m sure u have answered that somewhere but I have forgot and yes I will be ordering another belt for a spare
I replaced the square pucks with your roller ones and installed the thick quiet belt along with new white washer in the primary clutch. Still have the same squealing sound as before. There was no change in the noise at all, driving me nuts.
Just ordered the SDI alignment tool and primary puller tool from Hunterworks. Will keep you informed on how far they are off and final result of squealing noise issue.
No such thing as too tight, these are made to exacting tolerances, best to email me what your symptom is and I will fix it for you. todd@hunterworks.com Lets say it was 1" too short but somehow you got it on anyway, you have a bearing in the primary and as long as it was not touching either side and bearing good then secondary would not turn.
I bought the HD belt for my 2014 1000 xp when it was first released. This last weekend i finally installed it. I have STM clutches (clutched for 32's) and was wondering if i still need that white washer?
