Investing close to upcoming roads projects by the government is a key indicator for investment in immovable assets ( plots, infrastructure, warehouses etc etc )
Shadnagar specifically near kottur area which is near to all catchment like Hyderabad airport 15 mins /30 mins to Hitech City/ connectivity to old Hyderabad 30 mins/ big companies like Microsoft, Amazon, LV Prasad P&G and other pharmaceutical companies etc will have natural growth...6 line high way work under progress later in future 12 line highway coming up , Metro train shadnagar, lastly RRR etc...South hyderabad real-estate looks promising and will skyrocket value in future for investors.

Common man is confused to make a decision looking at these prices.

I have a plot in a gated community. That plot is not rera approved but DTCP approved because this was done before 2018 when RERA approval was necessary. So what can be done now? Because developer is not maintaining the the gated community properly even after talking to him multiple times? Can we complain anywhere? Can DTCP take any action against the developer? Please respond..
The challenge with trusting these opinions stems from the lack of transparency. The gentlemen suggests Shadnagar is a good region for investment. Now when I visit his company website, they have ongoing projects in Shadnagar. (Nothing wrong but Clearly the suggestion is in his interest) and their website doesn’t show the selling price details! This lack of transparency creates not just mistrust but perpetuates the same unethical practices.

They sell the plots saying it is gated… but no plotting can be gated . all these adjacent ventures have to be connected and those walls have to be taken out and that’s how the individual ventures become cities
Everything is more or less valid points discussed in this video except investing around or after shadnagar. This Pradeep suggestion to invest around jadcherla because he has own projects there and land bank in the name of siri sampada..😂

it seems a group is running the podcast to make people take interest in side of Hyderabad Real estate market ,so people here listen carefully right now its a typical market there are no new projects are to be coming into hyd. and recently known thing is some of the IT firm are shifting from Bangalore to Andhra due to lack of water . so in Telangana the best investment advice for long - term real property is . buy a property in different districts near town or IT unites ,new Collectorate nearby ,so here we had a surprise which is about BRS for next turn and i'm not an any party my channel is about trading investments.public who hold the cash its a good moment for buyers so think twice before buy it is for long or short term. don't invest in flats , and no level of ground water plots , medical industry side plots which makes water poison. go with farm lands ,by near household place farms, any govt implanted projects like IT Hubs ,colleges etc
