Got a Hygear kit sent in and Bruce turned my shocks around in a few days ! Before I could call to ask if he received the shocks they were back ! Thanks Bruce and Jessie for the feed back and info see ya at Haydays. Lets hope for better snow season 2024-2025 Dan
Thank you both for sorting out this suspension puzzle. I'd probably be on to the next sled before I came close to figuring it out. Seeing Bruce for valving once this final winter comeback is over!
I have 200km on the linkage and I'm beyond impressed; it completely transformed the sled. I have the LD springs, both shocks rebuilt with 10w oil (factory is 5w) and the linkage; each was an important piece of the puzzle but it's a "whole is greater than the sum" situation. Sled is night and day better in every situation on trail. And no more getting bucked off at speed!
@@mitchcondon3077 Had the dealership service them, I supplied the oil and N2 specs (200psi both shocks). No one local does revalve work; the heavier oil is kind of a stopgap
Just checked HyGear's site and they are saying that with WE shocks, the kit fits 1.5" and 1.75" WEs, no mention of 2", which is what I had Bruce set me up with this past year. I'd imagine that its just a matter of a some spacers, so that the linkage clears the larger shock body. Looking forward to getting this kit for next year, thanks Jesse & Bruce!
Wow I have a cabin up the road in Eustis but my season is over I’m back to work at the bottom of New York. I would have come to say hello and say thanks for all the knowledge. Have fun. Come ride the area sometime.
Awesome Jesse. That’s what I’ve been waiting for the 24 Boost. Great video. Is Polaris going to sell this or something like this? I thought I seen something from them looking similar??? Could be wrong and not trying to stir up anything. I will buy whoever has it. Cheers.
