I literally swapped the same deodorant (Sensodyne) and started using the Hello brand! Love it so much as it doesn’t dry out my mouth and help me maintain freshness 😊
For me I struggled with not picking up my phone for singing in the morning and now I am doing so much better and dont feel the need to grab it every second
I have sensory issues so I struggle with dental care. One thing that helped this year was finding a flavor of toothpaste and mouthwash that I like. I even bought childrens bubble gum flavored mouthwash and toothpaste. I ended up mixing the bubble gum flavored mouthwash with therabreath, and using a little bit of the hello mint toothpaste with a little bit of the children's bubble gum toothpaste. And since then I've been brushing my teeth everyday.
Maybe try a water flosser. Water flossers are more effective too than the string or toothpick ones. I have a skinny one, not the one that has practically a tub to fill with water. I hope this helps. It sounds frustrating to have sensory issues.
I truly love double cleansing for everything . Even when I was the dishes, I find myself at the sink forever but I love that feeling of that satisfying clean.
hey sara, if you're able to, would you be able to make like a winter hygiene video? that would literally help so so much. i swear my entire body turns into flaky pastry whenever winter pulls up, like everything just gets so dry and crusty lol. if anyone knows how to conquer winter crusty-ness, it's you. love you lots queen
Because of you I started double clensing my body, Im using african net cloth, flossing also is a part of my routine now. Thank you so much for your dedication and that you are open to share your wisdom. You are the best! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
The double cleansing for body tip has helped me a lot! I love your hygiene tips videos! can I just say, as a fellow dry skin person, pleeeease try my fav Korean skincare products, I've been using kbeauty for years and I love it! the COSRX mist, the purito unscented toner, and the illiyoon cream are sooo good for dry skin, they're all unscented and vegan too!
Would love to see more skincare content. Love your hygiene videos and your conscious and mindful choices. Keep up the good work. Would also love to see a what I eat slash what I take in a day video.
Love the double cleansing tip. For anybody interested in trying probiotics, please do your research on them before buying whatever you see online or at the store. These are live bacteria that serve different purposes, and depending on your personal digestive needs, 1 type of probiotic might not be the best choice for you, while another might be great. Please just do some research on these or maybe talk to your doctor or dietician first 😊 I have IBS and some other stomach issues as well, and I tried a couple different probiotics recommended by my gastroenterologist. The first one actually made me feel WORSE than normal. The second one was ok. Everybody’s dietary needs are unique ❤

I’m really glad to hear that Hello toothpaste is on your list of products you like. I haven’t used fluoride toothpaste in a long time but I just heard that sodium laurel sulfate is an ingredient we should avoid. That’s when I discovered Hello. It doesn’t have SLS and it even brags about it. I’m really glad I switched.
Hii Sarah I love your videos especially the hygiene ones 🤍 I wanna just tell u the best perfumes I have ever used are the Lancôme idols and the Prada paradoxe they smell amazing to love you imma go watch this amazing video
I've learnt A LOT from this so thank you! They don't sell LUME in the UK but thankfully amazon US ships to the UK and has Lume (big yay!). I also need to get started with pedicures, I've always envied people with nice feet but I never had a pedicure and I'm almost 30.....so maybe thats on me lol
One thing I added this year is deodorant specifically for my feet! I have feet that sweat like crazy and it just helps me know that I’m not smelly when I take my shoes off
This helped me so much I’ve been wanting to better my hygiene and skin but also my hair I have curly hair but me and my family don’t know how to take care of it
Aging start around your middle to late 20's. You are doing good starting early. This way you are starting good habits that will keep you going as you age. Remember It's a good thing to continue looking after yourself.💚❤️😊🙋🏾♀️ PS. Watch out for all those fake perfumed fragrances that disrupt your endocrine system.
If you guys can stand the taste (it is pretty bad ngl) coconut (mct oil) + a dash of baking soda + a tiny few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide - use this paste gently with an electric toothbrush and floss pick regularly. Wow my teeth have whitened plus they’ve never felt so clean - it’s essentially similar to oil pulling but your actually applying pressure with a brush which really gives it the chance to latch onto any grime in your mouth and scrub it away. Please always be gentle with your gumline and DO NOT overdo the baking soda or hydrogen peroxide!!! You will damage your gums! Also you can apply this paste on your tongue to really clean that as well. Pro tip, grab some 3% hydrogen peroxide (please make sure it’s 3% and no more! ⚠️⚠️🙏🏽💀❤️) onto a q tip and you can apply it onto your teeth or any particularly yellow parts for whitening. You can also apply it to your tongue if you suffer from candida (white tongue) or just bad breath. But do not do this step continuously as you need to ensure a healthy micro biome in your mouth! If your doing all this continually and still suffering from bad breath you’re either mouth breathing, need to change something in your diet or you need to rebuild a healthy micriobime (probiotics). Thanks for the tips Sara your skin is absolutely glowing! 🙌🏽✨✨
One thing that helps my hair softer and grow longer is hair oiling. Just oil your hair at least 30mns b4 shampoo. Then double clean your hair, and don't forget conditioner. This tip does help me a lot!
I found this brand called Duradry on target. I haven’t tried it yet but I will be buying it soon and will comment updates on if it works well! I sweat heavily even during winter,😅😂 so maybe it’ll help stop the extra sweat and the odor it causes so I can feel clean after taking a shower. 😭 I just know once I take one I’ll start sweating like crazy and it bothers me because I do everything I can to help with the sweating; it’s mostly my armpits, whether I have hair or none at all, 😭 nothing has helped me so far, not even degree or any other men deodorant. I’ve tried other women deodorant brands but so far no results. I can’t wait to purchase the Duradry and see what happens! Oh, another thing! This brand has it as a deodorant spray, a deodorant for morning purposes, Antiperspirant night gel to minimize sweating, Antiperspirant wipes for body, hands & feet, a deodorizing deep cleansing body wash, facial blotting rice paper sheets, and a body powder made with modified cornstarch for sweat defense and order! Lol sorry that was a lot just wanted to let people know if they were interested! 😅😂😭 Edit: I’ve been using a toner; letting it dry then applying an antidepressant deodorant then an antidepressant stick deodorant on top. It was helping before but then suddenly just doesn’t. Might be due to the seasons changing but it was working during the change of all seasons but now it’s not working during winter and summer 😂😭 any tips until I get the Duradry?? 😅
my issue with my feet is i'm sure I have hyperhydrosis and my feet sweat like crazy. I'm constantly stepping in the shower to just rinse my feet throughout the day while i'm home. It's so annoying :(
ok so i need a daily facial sunscreen that’s not all sticky and nasty feeling and also doesnt leave white residue. bc i hate wearing sunscreen bc it makes my face like feel claustrophobic and hot and i HATE IT, and i know i really need to be wearing it, so if anyone has any recommendations i would love to hear them 😭😭
I finally found a sunscreen that I love, it’s the ISDIN Eryfotona Tinted sunscreen. I am super oily so I hate how greasy sunscreens typically feel on my face, but I find that this one rubs in and dries down to an almost powdery feel. It’s a bit hard to explain but I love it because it doesn’t make me feel like a greaseball and provides some coverage over my acne :)
Hi Sara you’ve helped me a lot on hygiene and your honestly my favorite youryuber rn Tysm you’ve helped me a lot on my hygiene but I’m just saying could you help me with getting products that don’t support Israel?
