Doubt it'll ever happen. Anime is used to promote the source material UNLESS it gets absolutely massive like the big Shonen titles do. So unless there's tons of source material they wanna sell, it won't happen and the series is doing just fine in sales. The games do well on their own and anime takes a lot of money, time and resources to make. If they don't need to make more sales, there's no point in spending extra money. That's just how the industry works sadly.

(After that intense fight, A ceremony started like when I got here but it's different) (Nep goes to the stand and speaks) Nep: We have defeated the most dangerous threats we ever faced. But it wasn't ourselves that made the victory, it was a brave hero who helped us and saved our lives. He also sent us a letter to confirm our trust. (Nep opens the letter and reads from it) Nep: 'To the people of Gameindustri, The Goddess and I fought hard the threats to have peace and rest assured to live happily. But if the forces of evil strike again, to strike the terror among the people or the city, call me and The Goddness and I will be there to fight.' Noire: Call him? How? (Vert walk to a spotlight) Vert: He give us a signal. (Vert turns on the spotlight and a green light shining to show a tie symbol in the sky) Blanc: Where is he? I thought he'll be here. Nep: There he is. (Nep, Noire, Vert, and Blanc looks up to a skyscraper next to the green symbol to see me, on the top of the building, watching the signal) (I turned to the ceremony, smiling at them.)

Plutia doesnt belong to the same dimension as Neptune and the others (the hyperdimension) , she comes from the ultradimention

Crystalite Playz The dimensions actually have a name. And its not based on the game's names, if you didnt notice in megadimension neptunia there are 3 dimensions -the dimension where Neptune and Nepgear where transported to is the Zero Dimension (Uzume's dimensión) -The heart dimension, where Kurome ankukuboshi wrapped the CPUs. - and the Hyperdimension* And actually there are two hyperdimensions, one from the original Neptunia game, and the second one appeared in mk2. In Victory Neptune is wrapped to a paralel dimension as hers, which is the ultradimension and Plutias home, a dimesion inspired on the 1980's gaming, that is quite obvious if you look at the paralel CPUs and the fact that Plutia represents a console from that era
