it's so nice to see someone else make a video about living with hypermobility spectrum disorder! I can relate to these problems my knees are very problematic and my hips too X

@@Voldycat The pain goes in waves, the physio has helped a lot though. It's annoying on a bad day when I'm struggling to get something from the bottom shelf at the supermarket, and people look at me funny cause I don't look disabled. Hope yours are okay

Hey! I'm a little late, but it's funny how much I relate to your story. I realised maybe like a year ago that people have full days that don't hurt and I was FLOORED. I also went through a phase around 15 where I wore a wrist brace for the vague reason that my wrist just... hurt. And it felt better. Good luck!

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who did the wrist thing! I think my parents thought I was trying to be edgy and I always gave a vague ‘oh it helps me write’ excuse. Over the years the pieces start to fit together and show that there’s something wrong haha
