I tried to hard for hanya but 0 copies and 120 pulls later... I lost the 50/50 so at least I have a guaranteed Ruan Mei and I don't want to risk any more pulls obviously. Welt is a fun character for sure.

Actually, as someone with a degree in Japanese, I can say Welt's line in English translated incorrectly. It's supposed to be "Surviving or death - you don't have this choice/it's not up to you to decide". He doesn't give his enemies a choice. That's more badass than the eng one, I guess.

​@sidnairain It dont think it was translated incorrectly, it was localised. Had it been how youve confirmed it is in Japanese, its wouldn't be as effective. Localisation is usually alot worse so for it to be so accurate is pretty well done. The game is originally chinese. So alongside English, it needed to be translated to Korean and Japanese. So every language is likely to word it differently but still hold the same weight. Sorry for the ramble- i could be wrong but idk- im just kinda using my limited language knowledge.

Isn't his lore in Star Rail that he is just the same character from Impact 3rd that accidentally sent himself into this reality from his own?

@@jamesproctor4568 wasn't accidentally sent himself, he was "abducted" (quotations because it was less of an abduction, more of a vehicle hijack into persuasion) by an entity called the Void Archives (you can look them up from HI3) into this reality. Void Archives looks really like Otto Apocalypse (or in HSR's world, Luocha), which is why Welt is so surprised to see Luocha when they met for the first time, saying he reminds Welt of someone he knew. This last bit is my own theory, but I feel the 3rd "adult" member of the Express that's missing (as suggested by both Himeko and Welt) is prolly Void Archives.

There are just so many game breaking tools for hunt that makes it the most fun imo

Yeah that would be one of the top ones to enhance if it weren’t for auspicious star and the one that advances your whole team on an elite weakness break

The same thing happened to me but it was far worse. Right after I used Welt's tech, I decided to get closer to hit the trotter within his range but it got alerted and his attack missed, then due to sheer panic I immediately swapped with ASTA AND SPAM HER TECH ONLY FOR THE TROTTER TO ESCAPE! I was so pissed that I almost threw my phone.

@@artumbo Yeah it sounds really interesting ill test it tomorrow. Id run him with Asta, Hanya and Tingyun. Tingyun with DDD and E1. Should I gear Welt with ATK or ERR rope if I use TY?

Ideally ATK%. For any team without a sustain, the goal is to kill them faster than they can kill you, and Welt makes it even easier just because of his slow + ult
