I have real trouble sometimes in letting go, and reliving challenges and lying awake worrying. These mediation sessions are so helpful in taking my mind off things and helping me to get to sleep. Your videos are so deeply helpful to me as I'm having such trouble sleeping. My mind needed your soothing voice and your talk using words so calming and encouring as i have been over burdened with noisy negative thoughts and losing any confidence i ever had. Having lost my wonderful beautiful husband 2yrs ago is very painful to bear. I've also had extra health issues so I'm suffering a bit depressed as well. But my heart is very hopeful now since I found you of lifting my spirit up and increasing my awarness of my consciousness. Bless you and thank you 👍👌💫

Although only short sleeps I have managed 4 times this night to achieve sleep! It took about 8 minutes each time. I still took the usual sleeping pills as I suffer with debilitating insomnia. Thank you for sharing this video and the mental relief you have assisted me with!🤩

I'd like to say this whole thing is wonderful. But I haven't managed to stay awake beyond 5 mins yet, so I can only comment on the beginning, which is wonderfully relaxing. One day I may make it to the end, but I find Nick so soothing, I wouldn't bank on it. 👍❤️🇬🇧

@@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy I only mean to say I noticed the transcript didn’t always fill in your pacing flourishes. You keep a tempo of sorts and perhaps the transcript automatically fills in, missing some words?

Oh, I see. Thanks for clarifying. So you follow the session by reading the transcript, as well as listening? I think maybe RU-vid's automatic transcription doesn't quite match up. I can change that manually so will look at doing that for all my videos over the next few weeks. I always imagined most people listening with their eyes closed! :) My best, Nick
