This way of life may be very rewarding and fulfilling for some…While others feel the pull…Your Soul´s calling…That there is something more…That you are here for a reason larger than yourself…And you don´t need to know what that is…Still, you feel it…The calling from your heart…The Threefold Flame of Love, Power and Wisdom within your heart…Opening up…More and more now…While experiences from the past that you have defined as painful…Maybe they were a part of your plan to evolve and grow as a soul in a human body…As all seemingly painful experiences hold extraordinary potential for growth…And you can tap into that if you want to…You have free will…Everything happens for you… And I don´t know if you are aware that you are a multidimensional being…The life force that flows through all of life is from the same Source Energy…You are Source Energy…Connected to all that is. You have had lifetimes and windows of time here on Mother Earth where you have been connected deeply to the truth of who you are…We reincarnate here with the full knowing that we will forget who we are…And you have done it over and over again through many lifetimes...Playing out roles and polarities to gather experience…You choose Mother Earth at this time once again…Because you have more work to do…This lifetime is an opportunity to heal and evolve more than ever…Because now at this time we have as a collective moved into a new era here on Earth. Energy has shifted…And its effects are felt by all…However, most are not aware…Because they are still clinging to thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, rules, limitations that cause suffering…It´s ok…Some will unconsciously choose to live this way…While some will wake up…Like you… We choose the lineage which we are born into…We choose the lineage that will best serve our purpose of learning, healing and expanding in consciousness…As an awakener…You have chosen this time and your lineage for the purpose of healing and upgrading your lineage…Yes…There are many resources that you can appreciate about your ancestrals…Most you are not aware of…And there is also a great deal of pain and suffering, caused by fear, shame and guilt…that is unconsciously passed on through generations….The vibration of these emotions leaks into the subconscious mind of those that come after us…It affects the DNA and the collective conscious of our bloodline, and the collective consciousness of humanity…Fear is not something that comes from the outside…It is created internally from thoughts and beliefs produced over and over again…Creating a strong, energetic momentum and thus restructuring the DNA…And with enough momentum…It will be passed down to generations…That is how powerful your thoughts and emotions are…They can affect generations for decades…And even centuries… The time is now…To end this cycle…We have gone through centuries in a state of deep hypnosis…Programmed to disconnect from Light and the Divine beings we are. Forgetting that we are all One. The time is NOW…TO AWAKEN…To be the Powerful Conscious Creator you are born to be! Enough excuses! Enough limitations! Enough is enough! Now!" ............ During the process of releasing and healing; it is normal, ok, and safe to cry; to shake (animals do this naturally); even laughter is a way of releasing. You may feel intense emotions or nothing at all. The way your system releases karmic density is unique to you. There is no right or wrong. Allow yourself to go safely through the process. Your subconscious mind is your protector, and it will only "give" you as much as you are ready to handle in the moment you are doing this process - for your highest good. this was THE MOST powerful, beautiful, most intense yet freeing and amazing experience i think i’ve ever had. i can not thank you enough for creating this beautiful beautiful video. your voice, your words… i’m in awe of it all. right when i started to cry (good tears of release) you immediately after mentioned that any emotions in that moment were okay and it’s like you were right in front of me leading me on this journey and speaking to my soul directly. after the video i just sat there in silence but not overanalyzing any action to take next or what i learned or anything… i just felt pure peace and calm. i wish one day to be able to use my skills somehow to make an impact on this world the way you have but i know i have time and i will just slowly continue to follow the signs that lead me to where i truest belong now that i’m working on breaking down all the emotional/spiritual barriers holding me back. thank you again so much for what you do and i wish you and any one else listening and on their own journeys the absolutely best and so much love and support along the way 💖💖

WOW!!!!! I needed this at this point in my life so DESPERATELY!😢 I am fighting for temporary guardianship of my grandbabies because my son and girlfriend lost them temporarily to CPS and I've been dealing with so many negative energies and people pretending to have good hearts in "the system" it is very stressful for me because I've been the primary caregiver to the 11 month old her whole life and now there is a new little infant born too early and in Cook's Children's Hospital growing stronger day by day these babies were taken from a living home and I've just GOT to stay strong for my family.

Thank you so much for creating this powerful meditation. I cried tears of joy for my ancestors. On behalf of myself and my ancestors thank you for helping us release the old patterns which no longer serve. We lovingly choose to keep the memory and the wisdom from these experiences but leave the patterns themselves to be transformed into new life. When I was imaging being in amongst the trees and green mountains with wild flower I began to see people as if the were in picture frames , I believe I was see my ancestors and they were happy to have all the karma cleared at last. OMG thank you so so much this was so beautifully done. I’m a 2G ( 2nd generation Holocaust survivor) I have been carrying this pain since I was a child. At 4 years old, while snooping around like little girls do, I found a book 3x5 the pages were brittle, curled up on the corners, yellowed with age, and in black and white. At 4 years of age little did I know that this weathered book would take my childhood innocence away and leave me in a constant state of sadness for the next 50 years! This book depicted photos of massive graves with bodies piled high, emaciated bodies, crematoriums, and on the cover written in German were train tracks leading up to two large black gates that said “ Work Shall Set You Free” It was from this point my subconscious questioned humanity and traumatized that the the man I love so much had been apart of this tragedy! Thank you for this wonderful release and letting go I was crying but feel good at the moment and will continue again!

Tears just flowed down my face as I pictured my ancestors, my family that came before me, all holding hands and surrounding me. My ancestors suffered so much, and in silence, and with no compassion or support. But I’m here to heal that, I feel that so strongly. My father was a tyrannical narcissist, created by the hell of living through WWII as an Austrian. Such abuse and evil he witnessed and had done to him. He tried his best to live a good life, but his wounds bled onto all of us. He did terrible, horrible things to my mother, how she survived I don’t know. I was also raped when I was 15. My daughter was sexually abused by her father. And on it goes until we yell STOP! It all has to stop! My sister and I of course became narcissistic and empathic/codependent. My sister chose the narcissistic path so she didn’t have to feel or face any of it. I chose the empathic, deep feeling path, and now I understand the strong feelings I have. Thank you so much. I want this generational abuse to stop, and it stops with me 💜💜💜
