My sympton is muscle twitching all bodies... also feeling ant crawling... once i took magnesium supplement 500mg /day, all symptons gone. Magnesium glycinate is the best choice

my boyfriend died and I stopped eating but I also found him when he was dead and I was waking up sweating every night.. like drenched in it. I ended up going to the hospital with this and they looked in to it.. But I thought I had been poisoned. My arm muscles were severely stiff and my heart didn't feel right. They gave me IVS of magnesium but the delirium caused some things that happened...

I've had chronic hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia (per bloodtests) with *occasional* hyponatremia and alkolosis. I have severe muscle weakness. Now it's fixed weakness, but at first it was with exertion/repetitive muscle use, and I could recover with rest. Sadly, I just have to "doctor" myself, and request bloodtests over the years. I've taken up to (more if you include dietary) 80meq K+/day with 1000mg magnesium, and my serum K+ nor serum magnesium has EVER gone above normal. Never, not once, and I've had more bloodtests than I could ever count. I cannot imagine what I wouldn't give to find medical help for this issue. My quality of life has plummeted to where I'm now praying I don't have ALS, since I can barely walk after years of progressive muscle weakening. I'm wondering if maybe permanent nerve damage has developed now. 😔 I am diagnosed with MG, per Repetitive Nerve Stimulation Study and clinical symptoms. (My neurologist treats me very well for my neuromuscular issues.) I believe, however, that I have more than one disorder, but most physicians say you can only have one disease and it won't be a rare one. 🤷‍♀️
