Permanent and cheaper way to decal tires is a oil paint sketch.. Kids can do it.... For exhaust just put couple of washers in the joint before muffler u can tune the level of sound by increasing or decreasing number of washers.. and u r more on the safe side if u get pulled over by a cop...
