Sorry i can understand only English, but i was able to get what all you explained really well, Thanks. I have 2013 i20 Asta, i have changed clutch master twice. First it was replaced at 30000 KMS in May 2017 (Full clutch assembly replacement) and second time it was changed last week at 45000 KMS, when i was facing hard clutch issues, during highways and city when RPM is between 2500 - 3000 constantly. Now this problem has been resolved after clutch master replacement but i have a question. Does i-20 has these regular issues related to Clutch ?
I suggest a solution. Bcz I have done this in my elite i20. Plz go to leath factory & make a same size master cylinder connecting rod by using cast iron. Bcz company is too claver, they provide us master cylinder with a plastic connecting rod which is broken regularly & total clutch assembly disturbed by these problem.. so customized your own way, after that no issues on master cylinder.
Dear Rajkumar, Good thought of sharing a video of MC Replacement.. The only frequent problem with Hyundai is Sticky clutch.. do you have your own service station that I can visit.
Hi bro i am having Elite i20 sportz petrol MT Nov2019,1st one year no problem in clutch. Last year April 2021 onwards while driving i absorved hard, i take to service center they replaced MC kit 1time and cylinder kit 3times, in long drive i am getting hard, they are sloving my problem permanently, kindly say any suggestion what to do?
