Hyundai Ioniq 5 front door warning open 

I have this 2024 Hyundai ioniq 5, customer complain that front left door stays open even though the door is physicaly close and he mentioned too that when driving it suddenly engages to park. In this video I will be diagnosing why the instrument cluster showing an open door, which signal its getting it from and what component is the culprit.
