I was informed that I am totally stupid. Very true!!!! The Indications of average Consumption KWh/100km and what the drivetrain uses at the moment KW are completely different. I apologize for my stupidity!!!

Got mine here in Montreal, Canada, about 72 hours ago… It's an amazing car, just as you show us with almost every video you put out there… Consumption has been a bit high so far, but I'm just "testing" the car, it has winter tires on, and the temp has been between -20 and -15 Celsius before wind factor for that time period.. Thanks for your great videos… ;-)

How is it now after a couple weeks, do you have winter mode activated?

Still amazed by the car and its range… Yep winter mode is activated… The first few days, consumption was around 23... now (that I finally calmed down) it's more around 16 or 17... but keep in mind that temperature has been around -9 by days and -15 by night… So I get something like 340 or 350 Km from a nearly full battery (with heating at 22, heated seats and wheel). It's been around a month, couldn't be happier with my purchase !

@@rogerprudhomme2828 Thank you, I actually traded in a model s for the kona ev, hoping the liquid thermal managed battery would help more with the cold winters, a few times my tesla has died just sitting from the cold. Picking up the kona after the weekend, quite excited lol

The indications for the consumptions are not weird. One shows kWh/100km the other shows kW. 10kW at a speed oft 16km/h means 60kWh/100km.

Sounds very loud inside at this low speed, that's one of the things that stops me from buying EV. I do 70-30 city-motorway driving so it matters to me.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, nobody drives around in freezing weather without heat on.

Because the climate has different consumption for everyone. Some like it hot, some cold,... I want to see what the car needs not the driver. And the heat depends greatly on the outside temp. But if pre heated, max 1 KWh/100km more, is my estimate.
