If you like most people thought this generation of the Hyundai tiberon was hideously ugly then the good news was that they were so poorly built And so quick to fall apart that you didn't have to look at him for very long. I literally can't remember the last time I saw any of the 3 or 4 generations on the road here in Miami. The last generation was pretty popular because it was a cheap alternative to the Toyota celica but "cheap" in the worst sense of the word. To a kid I worked with got a brand new 1 in 2005 As a gift from his parents. The 1st time we Took it down to the keys ( About 60 miles) The Sun roof wouldn't close. Every time we got back into the car From the clubs we found Trash and junk that people that was funny to throw through the open Sun roof including an empty condom wrapper. For the next 2 years that I knew the kid I remember there Seeming to be something wrong with the car Almost constantly which was surprising since That generation tiberon was in like its 4th year so you would think that Hyundai would have worked out all of the electrical gremlins in the design. I used to love to taunt him about the time I wanted to take my car down to the keys but he said that he didn't wanna be seen in a Camry. Hey my sunroof never stuck open and that Camry still runs and drives like new Long after that Korean POS has been scrapped in crushed.
I agree. However, you have to admit though the Toyota Paseo was really boring and the ugly Toyota Echo could've married the Tiberon and had a baby Yugo.
