So great to see you, Tom. I hope you continue to heal. You pulled me out of my deepest darkest time. I was 58-years-old, having anxiety attacks, not having a clue why. One night at 3:00am one of your videos popped up randomly on RU-vid. I watched it and cried my eyes out. Then I watched the rest of your videos, and made some major changes in my life. I cut ties with my abusive Golden Child sister, and cut way back on communication with my narcissistic father. I feel like a new person. You have helped so many people identify this horrible behavior. I wish you well! Thank you!

Sorry to hear that you experienced such a rough year, Tom. Hopefully, this next year will be more gentle for you...I personally have really benefited by viewing your videos. I appreciate the fact that you are not a professional mental healthcare worker. But, an actual down to earth person who personally experienced the horrific abuse common to the rest of us.
A mental health professional cannot duplicate you and your expertise however I am concerned on how you feel about it when you bring back your feeling from the past when helping us, I mean we love you, but we don't want you to get dragged down by teaching us. You've been through enough and you've helped so many of us enough already. Just be careful, baby steps.

My Narc mother raised hell and you helped me through it.. forever grateful I have been no contact ever since, until my brother passed last week and searched for you on RU-vid straight away because I am going to his funeral and need support.
