I love this podcast, its essentially an extremely funny, long format interview for Joey's life. Lee knows Joey well enough he can ask him super specific questions that usually end in a great story
It's amazing how me and Lee for example have a strong conscience. One good thing about getting older is it appears I know right and wrong more clear, and if I do something wrong or hurt someone my conscience will remember it forever, and it stresses/ panics me out. But you can clearly see Joey and other types like him, dont have that stress bone in their body, even when he talks about what he'd say to woman...a lot of guys would be too afraid to insult the girl so they dont cut to the chase like joeys' " I got an 8ball, you want your clit licked!?" I think a healthy balance of both personalities is ideal. But that's life.

Joey’s right about not giving a fuck. There are some people who don’t really know what giving a fuck means and if you aren’t born like that you will probably never become that kind of person.
For those that think Joey is lying.... we can tell you're not from the hood. Every big city has underground betting services... I know a school teacher, that works part time at a bookie... I know high school kids that put 5$ on games DAILY. When you live in the hood, you know that this types of shit happens literally EVERY DAY.. nowadays people just call to play their teams. People still walk in. But in the 70s , 80s, 90s the bookies were BOOMING!!
@Pumpin George you must not know how easy it is to open a bookie. It's mostly online now 😂😂 it's easy work. PayPal... cash app and several other sites.

I believe parts of joeyz stories are real and rest made up . As I get older myself I’m starting to tell people stories of things in my life and I’m adding a little flare to it . Ten years ago I got into a fist fight and won simple as that but now when I tell my story I got into a fist fight and won then the guy pulled a gun out on me and I thru a rock to his head.

As a joey myself.... i must say that this may be a thing with us... i always managed to pay people... sometimes days after the fact but what are ya gonna do eh?
