Never again in my career will you pay more than 25 dollars to see me. I'm done.. Ticket prices are insane and I'll quit before I charge that kind of money. No wonder people don't show up. See if I'm thinking correctly here..

God bless you Cledus, huge respect. I just went to a concert, it was $120 just for the ticket, let alone travel, lodging, gas, ect. Makes me sick, have to take a loan to see most artists music these days.
Was lucky enough to see Ole Cletus with Trace Adkins and Montgomery Gentry together one night in Johnson City, Tn. That was one of the best concerts ever. All of these artists were and are the real deal. I’m glad that I and my wife attended the show, sad about Troy of Montgomery Gentry, but all were class act, top notch star’s in my opinion!!

This is the real reason why Rock groups are having to cancel tours, because people don't have any money, no one can afford the high price of concert tickets.
Total respect for that. I love playing for free events that are sponsored by businesses and cities. Right now this is the only way some families are able to enjoy entertainment in our economy today. The turn out is very good for them.

But everytime I look up ticket prices for various artists, they're astronomical & simply unaffordable so I've never been able to take them. I applaud you for taking a stand. Thank you ❤

Hell, your tickets are waaaaaaay cheaper than most especially concert ticket they are triple of what yours cost. What i dont understand is the fees they tack on is just as much if no more that the ticket itself. Your A Good Man Cledus T Judd!!

That's awesome brother. Even a small theater downtown in our small town is selling tickets to watch a play. Tickets were $20 each, but after fees, $55 for me and my wife. And these are local talent.

Cletus, you can contact Magnolia, AR to try to work out a show at The Magnolia Blosson Festival, the have a steak cook-off that weekend too. Don’t know how they pay the performers, but the concert is free for those attending the Festival. We have seen some great shows at smaller venues! It would be right up your alley!

I agree it isn’t right for these theaters to be charging so much, the artist and the fans deserve better. We appreciate you standing for what’s right. The labels take their cut, venue takes their cut, the artist/group gets a third if they are lucky and it’s good we have great artists like you who stand up for what’s right and spread awareness. I have been listening to you since I was a very young boy. Believe it or not I still have cassettes put away in a box 😂. I’ve only been to 1 concert and sadly didn’t get to meet you in person at the meet and greet. If you ever make your way to Souther Virginia, I am a Life Member at one of the VFW,s and we would love to have you. Your music can uplift some of the worst situations people are going through and put a big smile on so many faces. You will always be a massive icon in the music industry.

Things have got so bad the only time I go to a concert is at the Indian casino when it's free not trying to be cheap but can barely afford the gas for that much respect for the rant and the thoughts for us poor people
Thank you!! I wanted to see a female artist earlier this year but after seeing the starting price of tickets, it wasn't possible. I'm a huge music lover. I always will be but I gotta admit ticket prices have made me see some artists in a different light. It's common sense to me that artists know about this and I can't help but wonder why they don't stand up and say enough! Again, thank you!
God bless you sir for be honest humble man me and my husband didn’t do a lot of things this summer because of the prices here for anything we live in NY 😏 and we used to go to this annual country concert 🎶 every year but this year when my husband went to go order the tickets he nearly feel off the chair I said what’s wrong he said we’re not going I said why? he said look at the prices so I looked JHC the cheapest was $75 to $150 😳😮 no way it used to $25 50 everything went skyrocketed can’t afford nothing anymore just crazyness bless your heart ❤️
You probably won’t ever see this but if you do I just wanted to say .Man I’ve grew up on your music always loved every song you have ever done . Always wanted to see you . But man would I love to shake your hand and tell you thanks for all the laughs and memories that you have made in my life .
