Welp, after months of trying to decide what medium adventure bike I wanted, I landed on the 2024 Aprillia Tuareg 660. I knew it's what I wanted, but I didn't know I was going to buy it when I did the way I did.

What a weird day. APPARENTLY, I did NOT get the bike. I thought it was mine, I guess not. I'm sorry for the confusion and misinformation. I'll explain it in the next Finally Friday.

Hell yeah congrats on the new bike Walter. I'm looking into trading my cruiser for a sport touring but I have a buddy trying to get me to buy an adventure bike. Might have to go to that event and rent one and try it out as i'm not too far from there.

Yeah gongrats walter!! I'm also looking into a mid weight adv, coming from a versys 650. What bikes are you leaning towards? Atm I'm considering the Suzuki 800DE. Test rode a bunch of them, and the 800DE seems like a great deal, and a lot of fun!

Swap those tires too if it's an offroad offroad event. Teflon tape under the lever perches and snug-tite them on, if you tip they may move instead of break levers and F up that ADV event for ya. Congrats on the bike and enjoy the event, just ride er up untill then though, the adv bikes look better with scuffs.

Have them send the dash unit back and replace with a new/working one. 6mos and still nothing, it should've been swapped to see if that fixed the issue and if so, just done that & send defective one back to manufacturer for their diagnostics/repairs or garbaging.

Looking to getting my first motorcycle this spring and was looking at the Honda rebel 1100 due to the different ride mode options and it’s a lighter bike which I would feel more comfortable with as I have rode dirt bikes for some time now. Do you guys think the rebel would be a good start?

Couple times you go out riding with the same person. Does your Bluetooth have a way to record and then could you sync it up afterwards so we can hear who you're riding with? I think I could make for some interesting content. Maybe we can get a new day with a new name..
