I think zens discord orb should apply lifesteal like reaper has to anyone shooting the discorded target, because it would encourage teamplay, buff his healing and nerf discord.

Personality I'd change hack completely, it requires so little skill to use imo. Literally disrupting an ability like an ultimate without any projectile is flat out bad game design. At least with javelin, sleep dart and many others, you have to aim. (You could just give hack a projectile.) If hack is going to be as easy as it is, it needs a longer cool down. Or it itself should not be able to disable ultimates. Unless EMP. Also don't skill issue me lmao, they should've made her a support character, instead of being a plague on the enemy team let her enable her teammates via, idk hacking their cool downs so they get refreshed, give her some way of healing. It's annoying as hell when you're sigma and you get hacked out of your Ultimate, just because the latina said "sorry old man."

Ok Big hot take and totally serious: Give hammond a flamethrower. Like it would fit his theme of going in, putting fire and getting out. Also mercy should be able to sort of guardian angel but like with no target and if there is someone to fly to make the flight better so basically a reverse ga with the bar going down instead of up.Maybe add a boop too? Her rez should also be buffed where she can instantly heal to full health and give a small suzu to her target. i like her ult but maybe fully heal EVERYONE of her teamates in one ult and rez them so basically a better mass rez.

You should make a gamemode to where there would be skins that have unique abilities primarily the mythics. Same with skins that should have their own abilities such as the battle of Olympus skins.

taking away sombra's invis is like taking away hog's hook, dva's DM, reinhardt's sheild, hanzo's bow, etc its their identities and what makes them fun to play one of my favorite things about sombra is being able to go behind the enemy team and just spam voicelines without them being able to find me

hot take, roadhog should have his oneshot back but his hook is like a charge up thing where it increases its hooking range over time, and he does like a big lasso spinny thing to charge it up. To prevent like peeking and instantly hooking the spinny thing should be large so you can see him charge it around some corners.

Loved the video and hammond should have fire damage when on fire and when he dies he should be a little hammond guy with 50hp

I think rein should have a quick melee where he hits you with the handle of the hammer (or he could just two shot)

I think to reword zen he should have one orb that heals and another to apply to teammates as well but it does like damage reduction, not as strong as nano (50%) but more like 12% or 20%, and you can't apply both orbs to one teammate. And also buff his healing orb's heal/sec and nerf his damage per projectile, so he can still 3 tap hs to kill a 200hp target but can't do the double hs kick combo, it's a support, not a healer, but not a DPS either

I played some custom where sombra only went invisible for like 4 seconds after she teleports. I feel like that’s a good change

Cassidy should land HEADSHOTS during his ult, or generally make it more accurate or let it ramp up the damage faster. Or you could just literally make it so, he cannot be interrupted during his ult whatsoever, requiring shield play or succ

High noon only being a more powerful single shot could be kinda cool. It would be a good supporting ult for the team either in times where the enemy Zen has trancesdance and you need to wipe him off the face of the planet before your team can use other ults like a dragonblade or earthshatter, or the ult could be used to shut down enemy ults like a Rammatra. Also buff his defence during high noon. Convert his health into armour, immunity to stuns and boops. Literally anything more than what he has now

You cannot put Mercy's beams on a resource that would break her gameplay loop. When she's out damage boosting resources her only options to do in this case would be either, healbot teammates, pull out her pistol and start snipping with it, or sit there and do nothing until her resources come back. None of these are good and would just make her borderline unplayable. You would need to fully rework her in general, I.E. scrap the entire character's design and start over from scratch to make something like that work.

For symm make it so the turret despawn a after like 20 secs

Hot take as a mercy main: give her back her movement and healing/damage boost numbers, but give her 175 HP

Blizzard should stop making reworks and return all characters to their original state. The character's weren't badly designed. People just didn't wanna "git gud" and complained instead of learning the game.
