We all are addicted to thoughts, habits, attitude. Reprogramming our self-awarness, and self-perception, isn't you, those aré things other have said about you and you just have país attention to those judgements and made It yours. The neuronas have a virus that Is repeting patterns that won't help yo release those thoughts. Imagine you are on a new "mental dietry" nurtiring only what's great fuel for your mind. Try not to think into the sweet tooth. As we do not abuse of sugar and or heavy supper intake, you are in a great path of learning from that experiences what's best. The immediate candy reward and the later shame for eating It; either or, set up limits of a little unpleasant 5 minutes of anxiety with these practice anti virus software for your thoughts, and feeling proud that you will definetely improve the way you will look at the mirror clean of bad thoughts, and therefore, step by step you'll re-discover your True Divine Self you really are. Been through isolation and chronic stress please pray for me. Things have taking a turn for me after I quit my job of 6 years. Losing those connections with coworkers and socializing. I pushed away so called friends cause they drink and do drugs. I kept relapsing being around that crowd. Granted Iv been sober from coke for 6 months now. Just recently quit drinking, it was taking a toll on my mind. I’m 28 feeling so lost right now. I hope I can find a career I’m passionate about and make new friends along the way. I just want to be happy again. I used to have so much confidence and enjoyed socializing. Have a appointment with a psychiatrist tomorrow I hope I can feel normal again. It’s been hard to remember words when having conversations hopefully it’s just the stress causing the issue and nothing serious. I had to delete social media because I would constantly scroll through videos to help cope with the loss and regret. all the screen time may have played a huge part of the mental health issues.

I will listen for 7 days straight Day 1- feeling low I’m ready to change Day 2- I looked in the mirror and admired my beauty, I was glowing. Excited to see how I feel tomorrow. Day 3- I feel somewhat better, happy throughout the day but by the end I feel my anxiety creeping up, I allow and surrender for the change to occur. I love who I’m becoming. Day 4- skipped Day 5- listening to it on loop, I really see my beauty these days but I find myself in a weird spiral maybe I’m releasing all my negative energy Day 6-I can’t explain the release I’ve been having these days, I have a lot of work to do internally and I know these affirmations will help in the long run and not immediately. So after this week, I’ll just listen 21 days to finalize my self- love journey because it’s about time I finally love me, love my life, and expand my inner-being. Day 7-

I also struggle with this issue. I don’t judge, I make observations. Look for the good in everyone. It’s hard to do but never give up. Look beyond the physical man and search the spiritual side. I had a grate thing and a ruff thing happen today. The reason I am speaking about my day is because I want to give you credit . I have other things I also need to give credit to also however I at 45 did a independent back bend today I lost 57 pounds from booting my abusers out of my life until the day . As I played to hard at the store today on the cart ... Look mME no hands ... Then I fell . I got up fast and was back up . I may or may not have gotten hurt and I would not do it again going down hill ... But I will play to hard again . This one spot thats hurt has alread started to heal . I have been doing your and a few I found for rape victims and some for healing the body and I think the hsve helped me . I do have another change to report to . Thanks for being part of helping me find my inner child I thought never happened. I am healing just cant type well woops. I am getting better . I am caring more for me then others which is nice . I am doing cell rebuilding meditations to keep healing.8 hour to speel by and 30 minute for naps.

Remember, these are just affirmations- not dreamy, delusional words- affirming what is already within you; these are just reminders of what is already true. Deep down, that’s just who we truly are: the universe experiencing herself. Wholesome, powerful, protected, guided, loved, blissful, worthy of everything you can imagine and, believe or not, beyond what you can even imagine. [how do we know it's affirming what is already within? think for moment: if someone has no impurity within, listening to unwholesome/negative affirmations will have no effect on them. It is only because most of us have some impurity within, when we have negative self-talk, it affirms the negative within us. That impurity within us requires effort to purify (some call it facing the darkness), but even that effort can be a wholesome experience- an unwavering determination to not repeat those mistakes (instead of guilt which is an unwholesome state of mind) that said, we come back to these wholesome affirmations. The only reason you feel that they resonate is because those qualities are already within you. It is merely your nature. Compassionate, patient, enduring, wise, energised.] See you in paradise.

It's all very well, but I'm Not willing to make mistakes, but right optinns, that serves to my best results. I also don't accept "all the humanity", bcz there are those who look like humans, but in fact just another specious who haven't confirmed it yet that they are friends of ours.
