I always love the 67 Dodge Coronet, but when I seen this picture of the old Nastalgic looking drag car, I was really inspired to make one like it. So here we go........
I had a 67 Dodge Coronet maroon with black interior 318 I put 340 heads and intake. 273 Cam, and distributor it ran pretty damn good everybody in the neighborhood wanted to buy that car from that old man they offered him outrageous money for it, but he wouldn't sell it to nobody he kept it in the garage all the time it was meant one day I get a knock at the door and he's standing there he looked at me and said didn't you come over my house one time and asked me if you could buy my car from you if you want to buy it I'm selling it and I'm going to let you have first grabs at it he said and I said then I'm buying it I love that car. I love what you're doing with that car I also had a 68 Roadrunner 383.4 speed I love that car too good luck bro
Lookin like a badass old school 70’s gasser style street freak now . Great job on the radius of the fenders . I’ve seen a lot that were cut crooked and butchered, yours look nicely done . X
Cool build, Brad. Do you have sliders for the leaf springs yet. You'll need them to run a ladder bar like that. It'll be a hoot to drive. And by the way, all "Super Stock" Dodge Darts had cut quarter panels, so don't worry about it.... make it your own and have a blast!
Man that car is badass I would love to do something like that myself. It’s got that “looks fast sitting still” look. When you see these cars from years ago when I was young, they just look so familiar. I’m just glad to see still around. I’ve got a dart myself I’m working and have a good chance at a 72 roadrunner. I’ve also got a friend with a 70 R/T SE challenger been in a building since the 70s that’ll soon be up for sale.

BTW, the car looks great. It’s a good look for that year Coronet. Obviously the car in the phot is an ole school drag car but the street version is what I would call a Street Freak from that era.
Just a heads up 15x4 Keystones we’re only made in the Kustom Mag which is different from the newest available Klassics 15x4s also run a pretty premium I’ve got 2 sets I’m hoarding. If you get the right offset of a 15x6 you can fit it on a Moroso Drag Special front tire and it’ll look skinny it’s a much cheaper alternative
Hey brad i have a 383 66 cornet 4 speed body that was creamed in the rear unfortunately but I'm pretty sure the pedals are there, i don't have time right now to take it out but if you can't find one i will talk to my dad and I'm sure he will be reasonable, the thing is , we are 30 miles north of Montgomery Alabama, hit me up if you need to and we'll figure something out man cause i love your channel and we are Mopar men 👍👍👍👍

Badass dude! Do you know factory barracuda, drag cars head, factory, cut rear quarter panels to fit bigger tires so this definitely fits the bill with a super stock drag car!

Looks tough.with the keystones that was always the better lòoking wheels on a mopar It'll look awesome with the front keystones on it the scoop will be cool you can even sell the hood to the right person e body cuda hood

In the 70 Coronet? It got exhaust and It went to a tuner a few days ago. My buddy said yesterday, he cant keep his foot out of it😀. I haven't seen the car yet since the sniper was tuned last week
