The fact that Allmight name his moves with class 1A hero names make me cry. As much as he inspired class 1A to be a heroes, the class also inspire Allmight himself as a hero and a teacher. This season is such a banger to me, can’t wait for the final season.
8:01 lol in bleach when they do their special move “Bankai” they put a pause in between ban and Kai when they say it everytime so it sounds doper, that’s how she said start stream
@@means_well funny thing is I just know bleach is highly respected, always have since Naruto zabuza arc was always on tv but never got passed episode 15, then it was 30, I’m on 36 this time lmfaoo
My Hero Academia season 7, also known as that time everyone cried for 21 episodes straight 😭❤ All Might finding new purpose in life via his students when he thought he was done for is so much more meaningful and interesting than just having him go out cause he's the mentor and that's what his character trope is meant to do. I absolutely love it.
The Allmight keychain was the christmas present from Deku that Ochaco got during a white elephant. And the last scene was Bakugos Allmight card not a poster.
Nah having a whole ironman supersuit created and specifically leaving a section to show your smile to your arch-nemesis is the ultimate FU. All Might is a *savage*
None of them watch One Piece, Naruto or Bleach so they wouldn't the any of these reference which is fine. I hope one day they gonna start watching them at some point.
Yes, Toga's story is very tragic. Her like other villains' stories could have been different if they had the proper support system or been born under different circumstances. I understand where Morgan is coming from in regards to her character getting some form of redemption or rehabilitation. Toga is a really good character, one of my favorites in the series.
@@oGIFTEDo Almost all villians have a tragic backstory. Its usually just the leaders who are straight psychopaths. In this instance its All For One. Take Demon Slayer for example, MOST of the demons have extremely tragic back stories that led to them becoming demons. The one true psychopath demon though is Muzan.
I would have loved it more if it was the ONLY such villain backstory. IMO, MHA overdid it by making pretty much every villain have a tragic backstory that HAS to be talked about while the heroes fight them. Some of the most evil people IRL had normal or even privileged upbringings, and I think MHA missteps by trying to shoehorn every villain into the unloved-as-a-child trope (except for AFO himself?) instead of acknowledging this. Still love it though!
I always chuckle when AFO starts spamming random quirks for a power move, I'd like to think that the author could just put any random cool words and plus plus plus them all to make a power beam for AFO bwahahaha
@anusaukko6792 I'm pretty sure that's the point. All Might says it was a messy combination. I'm pretty sure AFO is just becoming so blinded by All Might that he is just mashing combos together in any order
*Things have really come full circle for All Might. At the start of things, being a hero like this without a quirk wasn’t much of an option, but desperate times call for desperate measures. In a lot of ways, this suit is a symbol of the love and determination that got him to this point. And the cherry on top for me is that it apparently has Melissa’s voice.* *It’s been another roller coaster of emotions! Until next season, Plus Ultra.*
Big respect to Toga and using her vampiric quirk to save Uraraka. Iron Might is really cool and that cliffhanger was just surprising because I too thought we wete gonna get more episodes for this season.
Man, between Deku vs Todoroki showing a maniacal Deku (When he's calling out Todoroki for not landing a hit on him and not paying attention) and this fight between All Might and AFO showing maniacal All Might (Realizing what he has to do to defeat/stall AFO as long as possible), Horikoshi might be one of the best in really expressing that in heroes. That maniacal drive.
RIP Toga. I really thought she would live and Dabi would die (especially since that's what they wanted) but instead, Dabi is living in a fate worse than death while Toga peacefully died in an act of redemption. Edit: Toga's first scene was her in an alley with a person she murdered in the background. She ALSO killed an old lady just to get to Ochaco and several heroes during the first war. She was a serial murderer, we may feel bad but let’s not forget she was awful
Man, the first half of this episode really got me. Toga's story and ending was pretty sad (I haven't read the manga but I'm assuming Toga died, not only did she supposedly give all her blood to Uraraka she said she lived how she wanted, past tense). Then All Might naming and basing his weapons on the students quirks was really emotional too.
There are some kamen rider references in this episode. Ref. 1: The helmet transformation is a reference to Kamen Rider Ixa Ref. 2: Equiping Sugarman is a reference to Kamen Rider Build
Im crying again. the Toga and Uraraka fight has me hurting different. Like, thats so sad! AND thats only the first half!? damn. Not a spoiler, i promise: When i was reading the manga, theres a part that i thought this season was going to end on. And it didnt, thankfully. Its in like 5 chapters. Im so relieved. Cant wait to watch the next season with you guys 🥰 im really sad its ending. Ended.
I don't know why no one picks up on the after credit scene. That's not a poster that's Bakugo's trading card that fell where he died and yet his body isn't there. 🤔(I have not read the manga so not a spoiler just an observation)
I don't know why it didn't seem to come through in the adaptation, or maybe the copium is that strong, but gotta clarify since it's not a spoiler: Himiko died in this episode. A couple other reactors too didn't seem to get it so I commented elsewhere a similar thing but yeah seen people talk about hoping she lives and no sadly this scene is where she herself chose to die. She said it herself she's giving her all her blood and Ochaco knew what that meant too so she was trying to tell her not to. They changed the way she said it from the translated manga version but she said that although the world would be easier to live in if the League won, she did not like the idea of a world without Ochaco. At the same time, she knows she would be miserable in prison even if Ochaco intended to visit her so she made the conscious choice to die saving the one person that finally accepted her for who and what she was
The "Bankai" reference is from Bleach, in which they have resumed the anime after a long hiatus. If you want to do a reaction for Bleach, then I'd recommend for you to wait a while for the current anime that's nearing its end to wrap up, then you can watch the whole thing uninterrupted. :D
To be fair to them, there’s not really a good point where they could stop without a cliffhanger lol At this point in the story, it’s wall to wall stress until the end.
If All Might dies, do you know how upset people would be😂😂 It was spoiled to me what happens. I am not 100% sure what does happen but, there is no way All Might would be killed off. He's literally the backbone of the show. The new movie that is out is literally a tribute to All Might. The same voice actor for All Might does Dark Might's voice.
Small spoilers ahead: I remember how much I loved when Shimura was being killed by AFO and she basically said "my guy, this toshinori kid is mentally ill, you're fucked".
I don't think it was because her quirk was making her nauseous but that the stab wound in her stomach was causing her to have contortions making her throw-up.
It's SO FUNNY that y'all interpreted the bloody All Might card as "will he die?" which is... valid, but I took it to mean Bakugo is coming back because that's Bakugo's card. No spoilers for the next season; this is just speculation.
That's the doll that deku gave to Ochaco for Christmas she carries it with her everywhere she goes. Toga just took it out of Ochacos pocket cause she likes deku too, so she wanted to hold it while she died
Unfortunately there was no place to end this season without it being a cliffhanger, this final war manga arc is too long to fit into 1 season, this is the best place to end before the final stretch
Folks weren't lying when they said they ended this season in a major cliffhanger. Talk about getting blue balled😂😂😂. This episode definitely contains one of the top All-Might without a doubt. This was a hellva season. It was very emotional from beginning to end.
It's just a small thing. But I like that Ochako calls herself kind of weird when talking to Deku on the cliff and Deku also considers himself weird. And then both Toga and Ochako call each other weird while Toga is saving Ochako. I personally think Toga should've lived. I get that Hori was probably going for a bittersweet ending. But it does feel a little silly that Bakugo's heart seemingly gets pierced and he's getting revived because of the theme of protecting the next generation. Toga is apart of the next generation. She's basically the same age or a year older than the main cast of students. A lot of people then have the rebuttal of, "Oh, so you wanted Toga to spend the rest of life in prison?" And no. I think she should've served some time. Perhaps gotten a bit of help and a healthy alternative method for her quirk and then been shown, "You can be apart of society". I personally enjoyed a lot of MHA up until now. But this is one decision I personally disagreed with. Especially since Twice died to give the rest of his friends a happy life barely a month or so ago. Oh well. With Bakugo's bloodied All Might card on the ground, we move onto the final season of MHA
Jeffrey Dahmer and Aileen Wuornos had awful childhoods too. Pretty weird to say a serial killer should have 'served some time' when she would have gotten the death penalty if she'd survived the battle. Also weird to describe Twice murdering Eel Boy as 'dying to give the rest of his friends a happy life'.
@gavinrad1 Extenuating circumstances. Toga was both a minor and had a quirk that influenced her personality. Not to mention she literally says in this episode that Ochako planned to visit her in jail until she died. Also, say whatever you want about Twice, that chapter in the manga is literally called "A Happy Life" where Twice reflects on how his life being with his friends was a happy one and he hopes they can live and thanks them for saving him. You're not arguing with me. You're arguing with what the story literally says
As time goes on it seems like when it comes to the movies only the first one has stuff that ended up being used in the main series: the little girl that was rescued by All Might in the opening sequence grew up to become the hero Star and Stripe, the gauntlets that Deku used during the whole chaos in Japan seem heavily inspired by the ones that Melissa made for him, and now that armor apparently was build by Melissa and/or Dave. Correct me if I’m wrong, but outside of cameos and the filler episodes connecting to the movies, did the other 3 movies contribute any element to the main series?
I disagree about this season being so emotional.. the only thing that was emotional was shoto family coming together to stop toya.. the other episodes is just basic anime of characters getting killed..
@@Pyroblaze212 I feel bad but idk what Sam was saying when she said “I don’t recall her killing anyone”, she murdered multiple innocent people like an old woman in the first war just to get to Ochaco and several heroes, her first scene was her in an alley having killed someone. I also remember her saying they should give Dabi insanity plea a few episodes ago. Like just because you feel bad doesn’t change the fact they are evil. Dabi wasn’t even same, he knew why he did was evil
@@joshuaagee-bass4049 Just out of curisoity, have we seen her kill that old lady or did she mention it? I asssume there were lots of dead/wounded people around that area and she doesn't need to kill the person to take the blood and become that person. So just curious. I'm not taking her side, but as far as I remember, she's only killed heroes/heroes in training (Or people who actively fought against her like the liberation army).
A villain saving a hero in the middle of war 🤦🏻♂️ so trash.. all might needs to die to make up for uraraka being saved.. horrible writing this season from a few episodes..
