Not dead is a good start. Getting healthy is great, helps with the not dead thing. 😁 Congrats on what you have achieved so far, keep it up. 👍. RU-vid is always secondary to health and real life. 54 myself, lost a lot of weight a few years ago after a high blood pressure scare. Physical job now ,but the challenge will be when I retire in 2 1/2 years.
