I Asked 100 Content Creators Why They Play FFXIV

A dear friend of mine I had met back in Heavensward joined my static near the end of Shadowbringers. He was so very excited to play reaper when Endwalker released. I unfortunately lost him to a tragic accident a few months before the release. One of my fondest memories was clearing the first raid tier on content as a reaper in his memory. I really wanted to make him proud. That moment will be with me for the rest of my life.

Man I feel like I missed out on something absolutely beautiful! This was an amazing video and I can't wait to see all the amazing things we all get to experience together in the future! As for my impactful moment. It would have to be when I held my first lore panel at Lunarcon. Seeing everyone lined up outside that tiny house to listen and discuss lore together brought a tear to my eye. It was the moment I realized that FFXIV did have more lore potential than the RU-vid algorithm gives it credit for.

Endwalker got me into this game, so my entire journey feels like an Endwalker Memory. But the most impactful had to be the moment I changed to a girl character and heard one of the characters call me “Her.” I had changed genders as a way to experiment, but the very first time Y’shtola called me “Her,” I nearly broke down crying.

17:54 Every fisher watching this video (myself included) held their breath to hear which ones were called out as the nightmares or uncaught fish, and then said "Yeah, eff that fish" as they were listed in this section. Big Fish was my big project for 2023. I had them all until 6.55 (still working on Sidereal Whale). Woops' comment on setting alarms at weird hours of the night is Highly Relatable.

Criterion mentioned, banger vid! My favourite moment was clearing Rokkon Savage with my 4 friends Ciri, Kuuji, Liz and Moko

My moment I will always remember is when midgarsormer spoke to us on the walk to the dead ends. "Strong art tho mortal" it was like he was talking to me personally after everything I went through since arr in real life. Losing my mother my job my grandmother my best friend. This game was there for me through it all and midgarsormer just sent me over the edge crying. And finally getting a bahamut mount was the icing on the cake. What I'm looking forward to in dawntrail is the new crafting recipes new gatherable items new ores leathers gems jewels etc, just can't wait.

Thank you so much for including me in this video alongside so many other wonderful creators. The result of all your hard work was a beautiful video summarizing so much of the emotion in the community coming through Endwalker. Loved getting to see it and share my own thoughts as we all reminisce!

Honestly, one of the things I love the most about Endwalker is how clearly the English localizers hit their stride. Shadowbringers is a step above what came before it, but Endwalker's localization is truly some of the best and most consistently resonant adaptation I've ever experienced. From beautiful lines about loss and hope to gremlin tidbits like the "Hewwo?" interaction in Elpis, they nailed it. My personal memory from Endwalker is teaming up with a friend to make Roevember a real community event that reached people all around the world across all languages. Our tiny little corner of the community really has such great creators in it.

I am 100% behind Chair's take. The best parts of the game are interacting with other people and I too find it difficult to get hyped about something no one knows the mechanics of. My personal favorite part of Endwalker was Elpis. The visuals, the relatable emotional turmoil, being a familiar instead of the WoL... it all just hit perfectly for me.

My most cherished memory from Endwalker was doing the MSQ alongside my sister through Discord, just the two of us. I'm currently abroad, away from home, and the game brought us together like nothing else could have, and no matter what small issues I might have had with the expansion, I'll always remember and treasure Endwalker for that experience I got to share with my big sis.

While I would've loved to be a part of this, this is a fantastic video Rinon. Adding my own memories to this mix, I think personally one of my favorite memories of this expansion was finally clearing DSR. That fight took me a little over 2 months to clear and the time it took was worth it in the end. Regardless this was a perfect video to do for bringing the community together to give a sendoff to this expansion. Can't wait to see what you do for Dawntrail going forward!

Your videos have almost become a FF14 history channel since EW. I feel these will shine as time pass by and we are able to look back at these memories. Great work as always. P.s: A lighthearted negative comments video may be amusing to give a balanced pov for future references.

Endwalker is the first expansion i finally caught up to current, our small fc has started mount farming and i recently got all my stormblood wolves. Pretty hype moment. (3 gwibs rn)

As Meteion said: "There was never a single answer". Never a better proof of that than this video. A lovely video and thank you for contacting so many content creators and covering so many potential endgames and the incredible variety of the playerbase. And mentioning the Oceania servers too! Memorable moments? Besides the incredible MSQ story of course, it would be doing the 6.1 dungeon for the first time with my FC and all falling about laughing over the spinning mechanic...

Brian Ricardo is the actual GOAT. He's one of my favorite streamers from last year. Honestly the nicest dude you will ever see. My boy deserves the world.

Endwalker is a bit bittersweet for me, just as the main arc ended, it came the end of many of my longtime raiding buddies playing (it was already rare to see them outside of raid logging), since many were getting too busy, after having been playing together since 2013 and meeting them because of Coils. I've slowly started to make a new group of friends, but I'll forever miss my old friends and my Coil days with them.

It’s so wonderful to see such a positive video about Endwalker. It’s been an unforgettable expansion. Thank you to all these Content Creators for helping make it unforgettable too. ❤️ My stand out moment is clearing BA for the first time. I spent the three years working towards it, and was convinced I wasn’t a good enough player to get it done. The feeling of pure relief and joy knowing I got the mount but also proved I can play XIV well genuinely had me in tears.

As of writing this, I am on The Aitiascope and waiting for my friends to catch up to run it as a 4 man. This build up time between EW and DT is my first experience with a brand new expansion and this story has legitimately blown me out of the water

Ive gotten into the game about 15 months ago, and its been a journey for sure. Highlights were the omega raids, since im a big fan of FF6 and FF5, the references there were just a perfect treat. It took a while for me to really feel attached to the characters, but the biggest moment that almost broke me was Urianger talking to Moenbryda's parents. Something about a man carrying something so heavy for so long and being face to face with her parents hit me hard. This man needs all the hugs in the world. (also Krile is love, Krile is life)

My answer is right now. I just started DSR and its been my goal to start doing Ultimates since I started playing this game. It was rough going at first as someone with zero experience and I was honestly about to just take a break until Dawntrail. Then I watched your video on DSR and it just lit a fire in me. I went and finished UWU in PF and managed to find a great group of people to do DSR with. Have had more fun in these last couple weeks than the 2 years I've been playing combined. Extremely excited for the future, my DSR clear, and TEA afterwards!

Something I noticed right at the beginning was audio sounded watery? echo-y? on your voiceover. Not sure if it's mic or compression or filtering, it's been more apparent in the past couple of videos. But yeah Chair's segment is absolutely fantastic #bringbackkaiten

I'm no content creator, but I want to highlight some of my best memories of Endwalker. I started the game in August 2021, at the end of Shadowbringers, with my wife, in the Chaos DC in Europe. Endwalker was our first real expansion to get into all the content this game has to offer. We wanted to get into Savage raiding, and when we were finally ready, we started to look for a static. It was surprising that we got a group pretty fast, but that group didn't last long. During our first day in P3S, after about an hour of tries, caster (who turned out to be a an elitist) broke his silence and said there were three of us in the group that shouldn't even play Savage, and he left and took half the group with him, the half that had previous experience on Savage while the rest of us were first timers. So, back to recruiting. We managed to get a full static again, and it is still alive. We became so close as friends, that we decided to move into the new Phantom server and establish our own Free Company. We've also met in flesh twice now, and are planning to do it again. This is my best memory in the social side. A failed static led to a static where everyone can be as themselves and where we love to have fun in everything we do in this game, and all the way into a Free Company. I'm someone who rarely cries while playing game stories, but Final Fantasy XIV, and other Final Fantasies as well, have managed to break me several times. The storytelling is out of this world. Finishing Endwalker story was a moment I will never forget. It gave me a new look on life in general. It was through Endwalker that I finally understood the lyrics of Answers, especially the last verse. "In the same fleeting moment, thou must live, die and know." Now I look and see that our lives really are a fleeting moment, and in that fleeting moment, we must live and die, and in between, know our answer to the question of life. I'm a Paladin main, and for Paladin to be the mascot job of Endwalker, is something I cherish. I can hardly wait for Dawntrail. I'm excited about the story, about Viper especially and all the new Savage tier and Field Operation... Well to be honest, there's not a thing I don't look forward to in Dawntrail.

I love this so much!! As a new player (playing for about a year) it kinda sucks to see lots of content creators complaining about the game while I am having the time of my life haha. I get that it's different if you've been playing a long time, but it is really cool to see people talking about what they love this time!!! Thank you for making this ❤

Endwalkers MSQ will forever have a place in my heart, as video games in general become more like products than stories (Or perhaps I'm just getting older and feel that way because), its becoming increasing harder for me to want to buy new games in this era and when I do get into a game I put my all into it. Before it was kingdom hearts, all the way to KH3 I 100% every single achievement for all those games from that series. But KH3s story completely lost me as a fan, as a finale for xenahort it was lackluster, another game of thrones style failure. I've not picked up KH ever since. But FF14 to this day and I've gotten to 4th highest achievement scorer on my server. When Venat asked me "Was my journey worth it?" That hit harder than anything else I've experienced from a game as a player and Zenos at the end calling me out as someone trying to fill the void was a cherry on top. This game knows its players, it shows and thats why it will be a around for many more years, you can trust that it will be. Thats why I keep playing it.

My most cherished memories frok FF14 would have to be meetint my fiance in game when i first began, and then progressing through the entore game with her for years! Sadly, she passed away in January 2023 not too long after we got around to wrapping up endwalker. Its kind of hard to play these days, but when I do, I always think of her. We took a lottle time to stop in the flower field in Ultima Thule and take screenshots before jumping into the final fight. I sometimes go up there and just sit and remember. Its my happy place.

endwalker was such a special experience for me. i was in a really bad place in life when it released, having been kicked out of my home and recently recovered from being suicidal. i was aimless, not knowing what to do with myself or what i wanted in life. the endwalker story broke my heart and lovingly sewed it back together. it was *exactly* what i needed at that time. it gave me a completely different outlook on life. the scene where you talk to venat about adventuring, emet-selch telling you where to travel next, and that last scene with meteion especially had me sobbing. in that moment, i was meteion, looking back over my journey in the game and in my life, realizing what i was here for. i'm in a much better place now thanks to this game. final fantasy 14 completely changed my life, and i think it's the most meaningful story i've ever taken part in. thank you, yoshi-p.

At the very end of 6.0 back in the Rising Stones, Thancred asks you "Are you glad you joined the Scions?" Endwalker was my first expansion and so I think back on that question all the time. I've had so many amazing experiences, people, and positivity brought into my life because of FFXIV and Endwalker. And it was all because I got hooked on the story and the Scions when I first started playing. I was simply trying the game out with no intention of staying but ended up finding a new home and family of friends I can't go without.❤

Rinon you make the absolute best 'documentary' style story telling experience about absolutely normal game events in my opinion. Keep it up. I wish I could dub you the fan communities official chronicler. As a person who found this expansion underwhelming, you have reignited my passion for this game 😊

This was a great video. Favorite Endwalker: getting turned into a frog, and the fight with Anima. Most looking forward to dye channels, and exploring a whole new region in DawnTrail. Already putting together/redesigning some of my glamour plates on a couple characters

27:10 Maygi's right, going into EO blind the very first hour with her group was such a surreal experience. Just getting mashed by every second monster. We ended up having one of us just stand far away every-time we'd pull a new monster so they could rez us. And then, what the fuck, there's a BOSS on floor 99?! We're not DONE?

I'm not a content creator but I can relate to all of the story moments people brought up here. My priority in this game has always been the MSQ; I'd tried other MMOs before but they always disappointed me in various aspects and FFXIV was one of the only ones (aside from RuneScape) that ever made me *want* to pay for it. Everything from the settings, the music, the characters and the story has enchanted me since ARR when I started playing in early 2015 (though I had a free trial in December of 2014). Heavensward disappointed me a bit because of the temporary loss of the Scions but the patches made up for the base expansion. Stormblood for me was a better story, more human and with the Ala Mhigans being much more sympathetic than the Ishgardians, though there was unfortunately a too great focus on Doma, with patches 4.2 and 4.3 in particular feeling like a huge waste of our time. And since both Coils and Crystal Tower had remained my favorite raids since ARR, it was a pleasure to see Raha being brought back as a voiced character in Shadowbringers. Every moment with him since has felt unique, heartwarming and fun. Ascians had been fascinating to me even since back in ARR, but I feel that Emet-Selch made them even more interesting, brought dimension to them, and even drew a link to them for our Warrior of Light, and this feeling intensified in Endwalker. Venat, Meteion and Hythlodaeus were lovely additions to the new main characters, Hermes somewhat less so. For me it was Shadowbringers and Endwalker, the latter most of all, that had all of the most relatable moments: those feelings of loneliness, anxiety, failure, all ultimately redeemed by hope, yet with the acknowledgement that such dark emotions are a normal and acceptable part of life, that you can overcome them. It all came at a time in my life where I needed to feel this kind of strong link to the game's story and the feelings it evoked. Needless to say, I cried at a lot of moments, especially Urianger and Moenbryda's parents, Venat's death, and poor Meteion's relief and happiness at the end. This is why while I love both 5.0 and 6.0, Endwalker still remains my favorite, as it simply had more powerful emotional moments that built upon what Shadowbringers had already revealed to us. In fact, Endwalker's additions were so good that they retroactively make Shadowbringers better.

Asking for a friend, how do you make friends who play FF for more than a month or two and don't quit half way through the MSQ to go play WoW? This friend who's asking started playing in 2.0 and mostly does everything solo through DF/PF.

The PvP rework in 6.1 helped me tremendously staying engaged with the game during content draught. They did an amazing job with the class designs.

Great video! Shame though that in these FF14 collabs with content creators I almost never see the “big 3” participate (Xeno, Zepla, Arthars) but I’m assuming they were busy

In Aitiascope when Haurchefant's shield gives the party a buff. I was in voice chat with friends and I just lost it. I had to stop and set my controller down. Luckily I was with friends and not pugs so they let me have my moment. Also Close in the Distance became my absolute favorite piece, I have found several versions on my iPod.

For me personally Square Enix made a quality of life in this game. The music to dungeons to ultimates. Everything is fun to do especially trying something new and playing with friends. That’s why ffxiv is my favorite game.

I've been very late to the party and only finished the MSQ 2 weeks ago. I managed to hold back tears for the whole expansion, but the think that pushed me over the edge was Tataru's "Welcome Home" when the ship gets in the port. This felt so..genuine.

I've struggled with depression, so the Endsinger's song of oblivion resonated with me, but at the same time there was a light in me that knew to push through because life did have a meaning, despite or even because of the pain. So when I saw Venat stumbling though the darkness, covered in blood and trembling in pain, fighting still for hope everlasting... I had to log off in the midst of the Endless Queue. I needed to sit with my feelings for the rest of the day before I could continue. So when I saw Venat again, one look in the eye was enough for me. We both knew the Answer deep in our hearts.

Thank you for this! Your vid made me cry all over again! FFXIV is my number one MMORPG of all time! Shadowbringers & Endwalker tore at my heart & soul hard! Again, thank you for this! I am looking forward to Dawntrail! Still can't decide which new job I want to try at launch! Looking forward to Beast Master too even though I wish it wasn't Limited! Liked & Subbed! Great job, keep up the good work! ;)

some might say, Endwalker is the weakest expansion, but that is not my view of Endwalker, just like the expansions before, it was an awsome expansion for me, and I play already for 10 years, I still remember my first stepping in Eorzea, the DSR clear is so memorable (TOP was personally for me not so fun) and my personal highlight, getting the courage switching my main class to Black Mages, afteronly playing healer in savage/ultimate for years. Black Mage is so challanging, but also very fun, especially DSR as Black Mage. In Dawntrail I am really looking forward playing with old but also new friends, trying out the Pictomancer, but also seeing the way the devs want to go with FFXIV, with a brand new saga. And personally, I would love for more criterion, I really love the criterion content, even if the rewards were a bit of a lackluster XD

Yeah, Endwalker started for me during the ending days of Shadowbringers. Dawntrail is going to launch (for Early Access) three years to the day after I died. And then the full launch is going to happen just shy of when I woke up again afterwards. That week is my New Years. I had to survive, you see. I was pre-ordered for Endwalker. I had to see where the story went. I had to see the ending. And now, now I'm going to be playing an expansion I'm lucky to be here to see. All of Endwalker, for me, is my own mortality and the fact that am still here. Still fighting. Still ALIVE. Moved my main to Dynamis, actually managed to get a *house* in game, I'm so lucky to have my friends. Actually kept up with the Normal Raids on content for the first time. Still haven't ever completed an Extreme Trial on content, actually tried this time, but it just didn't happen.

35:50 --- XD XD XD XD XD XD XD My biggest disappointment was the I couldnt get a ticket for EU Fanfest... That was tragic. I have a hart time connecting normally with people so this was a big bummer for me. That being said, my biggest moments were MSQ related (the whole pay-off after this year long journey, culminating in this finale... yes, its a meme at this point, but, people, just pls dont skip, just... dont ^^°), just the whole thing, it was just packed, and the moments of calm and silence stood even out more (like that coffee with Alisea). The other big thing was raiding, doing savage and clearing all those fights, with all the screams and tears that come with it. Though our static didnt last, it was one hell of a time and the feeling of finally clearing... its catharsis and I loved it ^.^

I have a really special moment from Pax East 2015. I haven't played the game much was doing free trial. Got setup with a bunch of people I've never met we all played different mmos at the time. We had to go up against Shiva EX and at the time this was one of the hardest Trials at the time. We wiped twice were on our last attempt. One tank down I decided as a DPS to start Tanking, I picked Ninja so I was able to do some nifty stuff. Shiva was just at 5% she was about to do her raid wipe, idk how but we beat her. The whole convention center and dev team erupted with cheers and they rushed the monitors and started shaking us and congratulating us. I couldn't forget that feeling the whole car ride back home, bought FFXIV that day and 10 years later I'm still playing. I can safely and reassuringly say that 10 years this development team, still carries that energy. Still have the shirt and THM patch they gave me.

Honestly, my reasoning would've probably been insanely unexpected as to why I started playing. I'm not a big content creator obviously, I was originally a Destiny content creator actually (albeit not a big one, but it was a big part of my youth until Shadowkeep). I came over from Destiny 2, the rare type of refugee. Shadowkeep had a ton of potential, with even the beliefs of the Darkness coming to battle us (early D1 concept art had the Darkness seen as shadowy humanoids. We saw that in Shadowkeep). It sadly didn't deliver and became the next dark age of Destiny 2, the first one we've had since Curse of Osiris. My friend, seeing how defeated I felt after Shadowkeep and took his shot at getting me into the game. All it took was seeing Gunbreaker to sell me, that and raiding. Raiding in this game with my old friend again was nostalgic. For context, this friend was a part of my OG Destiny raid group in 2015, and he maintained contact with me as everyone else moved on to greener pastures. Huh, maybe that was my biggest reason for getting into the game. A desire to raid with an old friend again, a desire that was gone for so long. If I recall correctly, I was 20 by this point (halfway through Shadowbringers with 5.3 on the way). I wish I had videos of it when I started raiding with him in this game, we constantly spoke about our old days of raiding, back when we were in highschool. We still talk to this day, and him and I plan to kick some ass in Dawntrail together. Oh yeah I almost forgot too, Shen was another inspiration for both him and I to stick around. We saw the fun they had so we did

I started endwalker on the Sargatanas on the NA DC. The people I played with back in 2.1 who played all the way till ShB kind of all stopped playing. and I am from the EU so I swapped to Odin on EU to start raiding. Within a week or two I managed to clear my first ultimate fight UwU and right after I got my weapon from Rhalgrs' Reach I was approached by my current FC leader to join an FC. These people are now good friends of mine and this is what FFXIV means to me. A place I can always return to to meat people and find a second place to call home. The current static I'm in is 5/8 people from the FC and 3 awesome new friends. I cannot wait to tackle the new content with these people and have a blast going through DT.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I think the big thing that kept me engaged throughout Endwalker is precisely that the relic weapons only required tomestones. Endwalker gave me enough time to become a full-fledged achievement hunter, with countless goals to work towards. I couldn't have kept that level of engagement with the game if the relic weapons had come with their own content like Eureka in Stormblood and Bozja in Shadowbringers. I'm not saying I prefer that the relic weapons were quick and easy this expansion, because of course it would have been nice to have new content to work towards. (Especially for the community as a whole.) What I'm saying is that, for me specifically, the simplistic relic weapons somehow increased my engagement with the game. I'm weird like that.

Lots of ups and lots of downs this expansion. Storywise the walk in ultima thule is probably my most favorite moment although there's quite some others. Other than story though I would say my DSR clear so far, we'll see if TOP tops that (hehe). Even though it has been in PF and not with a full group of friends it's been quite an enjoyable and emotional moment. For DT I really look forward to the Eden ultimate and the savage raids. I'm also tempted at week one or world racing but not sure yet.

so when Endwalker had just come out, I was basically no-lifing it after work each day. the end of That lv87 quest was the last quest I did one night and I 1.) woke up late because I had a headache from crying so hard the night before and 2.) just could not get that last shot of Venat's eyes as Light Everlasting out of my head. was basically the first thought upon waking up. aaaand then I had to go work as a perfectly normal QA the rest of the day as if I didn't get my shit rocked the night before LOL

The end of woops's DSR clear where he is screaming "KILL HIM! KILL HIIIIM!" lives rent free in my head everytime I see DSR clears because it's such an visceral scream that encompasses so much agony

I'm so happy to have see this video. Made me cry so much. The friends we all made with ever lasting friendships. Even if we are all seperated. We all have this game and the legendary God Yosi P to thank for the last 10 years! For Endwalker, for me 6.0 was on the same level as Shadowbringers. Since the conclusion of that arc, it’s been meh. Like Stormblood meh, and with some really good quality of life changes. I understand that it was supposed to be a bit of reprieve from intense plot elements, but it just kind of falls flat. Shadowbringers is still the best expansion by far for msq imo.

It's honestly nice to see many content creators sharing the same views I did, a few saying they improved in EW and many saying they did their first raid tiers. I honestly have only done the last of the three, I'm still doing it, but it's going so well and I'm having fun. I've seen myself stop "just playing the game" to get through and go do other things and now I'm challenging myself more and more and honestly? I'm excited for more. Got a little emotional and connected with a few here, happy to say I've felt the same with a lot. Wonderful video. Thank you so much for all the content you put out, Rinon.

I think my personal favorite memory of Endwalker was being able to do it with one of my best friends. Crying with him, experiencing the story with him, all of it was the best experience I've ever had playing an MMO in my entire life, and completely changed my perspective on how I like to and want to play MMOs from here on out. And it's only getting better, as I've recently introduced my girlfriend to FF14 and made a character to play the Main Story with her together

For me this expansion really was the most relaxed I've been PVE wise. I stopped raiding, stopped doing ex, and only really cared for BLU since none of the jobs did enough to make me want to do current content. PVE turned to be a hit for me as someone who didn't care for it either way, CC being a great addition and made me log in daily. Island Sanctuary was also a big contributor, as I went ham on that from day 1, grinding to max rank within two days on release, and on every release day thereafter. Unnecessary, sure, but that and all the rewards and island shenanigans were well worth it. Even in Dawntrail, where I'll still probably be a casual tank person for friends and whatnot, these additions and BLU will keep me going, with Beastmaster being promising.

The first time I cleared Savage trials on patch were Zodiark and Hydaelyn. I remember progging with my friends and being asked and pushed to perform at a level I hadn't before. I felt the growth, and I remember crying when we finally got the Hydaelyn clear. And it only made me hungry for more. Now I'm playing sherpa to my partner as he goes through all the MSQ for the first time, and we're about to go into Endwalker. I'm so excited to share with him the finale of the story that literally changed my life forever.

One of my most hyped Endwalker moments MSQ wise was the Endsinger trial. It felt like to climactic second to final episode to an long running anime, with the opening theme playing in the background as you're beating up the big bad, only for the true last episode to keep the music going as you square off against your rival and primary antagonist Zenos. It just felt so good, I dont mind doing it again and again on alts. Gameplay wise, clearing my first ultimate last week with my wife and my friends. The sheet hype and adrenaline rush watching the Ultima Weapon go down for good was second to none, with TeA coming soon.

The sheer variety of content people have enjoyed over EW is so cool to see I've had so many fun moments starting ffxiv pretty much as soon as they allowed free trial accounts to be created after EW, with quite possibly the best being catching up to current patch and being a part of the community hype watching live letters and playing new stuff day 1 - it's always great to be excited and surrounded by people equally excited. But maybe I need to get on the Big Fish, sounds like that is infinite dopamine.

It was really cool to hear from so many different people. And I'm very excited that so many people enjoyed final fantasy latest expansion. Because really didn't. For me EndWalker can be summed up to me as having only 2 good moments, The great crystal, and then the final fight.

There were so many great moments in EW, but The Walk will always be cemented in my memory. It was one of the things that took the series for me from being just a game I had a lot of fun with to being on par with my favorite books, the kind you would read again and again so you could relive the adventure. Thank you CBU3 for NG+ mode.

Man people where not as desparate for an answer whenSB ended the stories about sprouyt didnt exist, and people just cared that a ton of their friends wher forecbly sent to a new DC without warning(it was when EU had only one DC and first time they split it and was a shitshow... so why i stuck out ? donno dont carem, atm am the no 88 on my server on achievemnts and have a large empty house that just sists there...why? because i dont care...i wanna be no 1 in achievements so thats what i;ll do...sao your visdseo is kinda useless since ive did even more than any of your invites.....and if you really wanna be real? thisnis the game that made me not kill myself, although its now close to beyng the same reason.... if you played ff7r2 and got to gonga you will know what yuffie says.....and i end it here

I still think heavensward was the best overall. Shadowbringers a close second and a semi distant third endwalker. But It's comparing an 11 to a 10 to a 9. So yeah. I've only played dragoon so I prefer the expansions with good relics and armor.

Interesting to hear everyone's story! I know its not easy wrangling up creators for a project this massive. Would love to see a sequel in the future to hear from creators you may have missed or not had the chance to get to for next expansion. Midnababy, Perl, Sneerful, Eiya, and Marissaemmaa are some that come to mind who are super fun to watch and have some fantasic communities surrounding them 👌

I play because of two things, one. I like to help others and doing it makes me happy. Two. There's so many opportunities to meet new people, like a lot of folks online I find it challenging to tackle friendships in real life but in 14 I can always make new friends and it's really refreshing to have such an amazing community. I'm not perfect and it's nice to know there's a place for me.

I solo'd most of the MSQ, but did the final trial with a friend of mine, and it made the hype SO MUCH greater. It was his first MMO and he has yet to unsub, even as I've gone back to WoW for a while.

Endwalker expansion was definitely the expansion that allowed me to realize the friends I made along the long road from the beginning of ARR are truly magical moments I will cherish. The ending of Endwalker is pretty much something I can relate to when I felt my hope was lost. Dealing with dark moments during the expansion and just thinking of the memories of the past experiences of my journey in the game is that "I Am Not Alone" in this path I follow with the help of my friends who I will respect for ages to come.

For me, it was definitely clearing Bahamut with only blue mages, with silence echo and synced. Funniest times of my life, how much we would joke after watching the tank blue mage getting squashed, truly precious memories.

As someone who just finished the post game is endwalker, if I could crystalize one moment is the first time clearing an extreme, that being zodiark extreme, with my friends not unsynced nothin for the sake of anything just clearing and reeaeing a few times for fun and for mounts after and we'll maybe it's nothing special in the larger scale...but it's a memory I will keep with me, and I really hope I can get over my fear of talking to people and interacting and maybe make more friends and join more communities in the game..hopefully
