It would be nice to credit the author. Claudia Minden Weisz - I asked god It’s not the full poem, certain parts are missing. The voice sounds like Anthony Hopkins, I’m not sure.
Guys, YaH The Heavenly Father, HalleluYAH “Praise ye YaH”, (Genesis 1) was Who they Crucified for our sins and YaH arrived to be Crucified via the Tent of Meeting (Hebrew Book of Isaiah) YaH The Father (Genesis 1)
The main idea is that no matter what you ask of God, the answer is always no, because everything that a person really needs has already been given to him. The acquisition of everything else is the business of the person himself
I really like media depicting knights or armored folk just… laying or resting in wide plains with various wildlife and flowers abundant, it’s very serene and gives this sense of like a mercenary enjoying a beautiful view and rest after a tiring battle or… like their final moments I guess as their armor and body becomes claimed by nature.
Yes, it's very serene and just... peaceful, we always see art of knights in battle but these types of art give a different feeling, for some it's not the knight just sitting, but they are dying and are told that they did their duty and can rest
It is genuinely such a sad and disappointing reality, but still you can serround ur self in good people and u won't even notice the state of the society ( tried to not make it sound cringe but it is almost impossible when u say anything about society)
@@AlexMA-gc8ip why does that sound cringe? its the truth We have problems with both society religion and social Its never cringe to point out something wrong.
@@Bragemaster because people oftenly laugh over our issues in a desperate attempt of evading the harsh uncomfortable truth and that's why we say cringe and yes I was afraid to be called a edgy over an actual topic
I asked God to take my habit away. God said "No. It is not for me to take away but for you to give it up". I asked God to grant me patience. God said "No. Patience is a byproduct of tribulations. It isn't granted, it is earned." I asked God to give me happiness. God said "No. I give you blessings, happiness is up to you." I asked God to spare me pain. God said "No. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me." I asked God to make my spirit grow. God said "No. You must grow on your own. I will prune you to make you fruitful." I asked for all things that I might enjoy in life. God said "No. I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things." Then I asked God to help me love others as much as he loves me. God said "Finally, you get the idea". I like this version better than the original, wherever it is from.
Give thanks for the blessings you already have and find in them that their enough. Humble yourself yall, we don't deserve no blessings at all we're all wicked, but every single time I feel I've been denied by god I always have something that is blocking me from him. Such as a thought process that goes against what the lord has written in the scriptures. Read the bible and see if any pages correspond to something you're doing right now, find the lie, replace it with scripture, and walk in the truth of whatever the scripture says pertaining to you. This is the method i've used to defeat things that are really holding me down for years of my life and they're being taken away. Praise Jesus Christ!
I'm not religious but today I spoke to God. I said "God, I don't believe in you and if you exist you know that. You know that the only time I pray is when others ask for me to pray for them. But if you ever were to listen to anything I ask of you, listen when I say this. Give me purpose, or give me death. I'm tired. I will not kill myself so you'll have to do it." and I moved on with my day.
Same I've been a devout Christian since 15 and I've been bullied hated for no reason my own mother cursed me I don't know if you believe in that but she did and my life has been hell , I've been pushed out of every job I've worked I've faced spiritual attack all around and I prayed and fastest reas the Bible and not once did Jesus or his father help me no once I helped my mother when she was sick and my sister was dying and he repaid me by allowing my mum to abuse me and get away with it and to put the cherry on the cake I ended up having a mental breakdown and still supported my mum to the point I helped her get the job of her dream and she never helped me I've looked after my siblings until people thought they were my children has to take them to the drs because my mum wasn't there using whatever money I had to pay for food and I cried out to Jesus and his father and they still didn't help me. So if they're real do you really want to believe in a God like that because I decided today that I don't where is the mercy where is the compassion and don't get me started on the Church.
@@flojo8274Just think of Jesus. He is God, and suffered even worse than you. We, as christians, should carry our cross daily, and that means we will have to suffer to do that, we will be persecuted and hated. Jesus once said; If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first. - John 15:18-27 You might ask "but why do I have to suffer so much?" to be a christian my friend, you have to follow Jesus, and that path is detach from the world, meaning you will suffer, be hated, persecuted, tempted by demons. Paul said; “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.” - Romans 8:18 I asked for strength, and God gave me problems to make me strong. I asked for wisdom, and God gave me problems to solve. I asked for courage, and God gave me dangers to overcome. I know it's hard to imagine why we have to suffer, but trust in Him brother, I hope God be with you. God bless.
@@flojo8274 Mercy is in the fact that no matter how much sin, how much we deny God and Jesus, he will always forgive us if we repent, while we are alive.
@@flojo8274I will get you started on the Church. The Eastern Orthodox Church. There you will find God, entirely different from the catholics and protestants, who lack the essential relationship because they turned away at some point. I don’t know your suffering and hardships but you will find guidance and help there. It’s up to you to do your research and find what you have been looking for. And maybe an answer would have been to cut the close ties to your mother and love her from afar instead of being subjected to constant abuse…(maybe you were too young and still needed to be there for your siblings). What is obvious is that you did it, and you are still here. I think you have received the help needed to go through this, even if you didn’t feel it then. I trust that if you keep looking with an open heart you will find what you are looking for. May you be blessed!
I’ve stumbled today. The Lord has shown me mercy by bringing this video to my attention. God’s love is and will always be unconditional. I will get back up because his forgiveness is never-ending. Make me new again. In Christ’s holy name, Amen.
I've been praying to get a job that I applied to a few months ago. Times are really tough right now for my family, and I've been doubting my ability to provide. Two long years of financial instability, calls from collections... I really need this job. They keep stringing me along the hiring process. It's taking a long time. I'm coming to terms that I may not get it, despite praying as often as I can. But if I don't get it, I will accept God's will. I have faith that it will lead to something greater. God bless you all.

Feel like an idiot asking this question: but If God can't give me anything i ask, then why do I need him at all? What I need, I will try to take myself, i don't need anyone's blessing. God is needed precisely in those moments when you have done everything you could, but it is still not enough, there are things that we can't influence, but God can.
Legit I prayed for that when working in the fields Suddenly I feel empowered and do more when others was resting I feel no tired But I did feel thirsty alot like a lot After that I feel hunger even though I ate This continues after my work was done L
This has honestly worked for me. Even if you're not a believer, leaning on God for strength when you can't do something alone is the most pure aspect of faith. Pure reliance on your belief to guide you through struggles.
“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”. Dear brothers and Sisters, Seek first the kingdom of God and your prayers will be heard. Do Not be afraid to ask God for anything, The Lord knows what you need.
Thank you for this beautiful message my brother in Christ. I need constant reminders of what I am supposed to do for I am still weak. But like any metal that is to become a sword, we too will be beaten and hit by life, thus sharpened and strengthened. May we welcome God in our hearts. God bless you brother 🙏
This reminded me of a deep personal experience of mine earlier this year. Its still a fresh wound but ill share it anyways... Earlier this year I met strikingly gorgeous Jamaican born Spanish teacher who lived in anchorage Alaska. She offered me a life changing experience in the short time i was in Alaska, something I couldnt refuse. It was a red 2016 Ford f150 with the facade of lightning McQueen plastered on the front end going for $250. The interior carried the scent of Mayonnaise Fanta and the seats were adorned with luxurious Goat fur from top to bottom... *_" Kachow!! "_* I thought to myself, I have found my dream home Upon excitedly buying it and going to pick it up behind a Walmart I discovered that it wouldn't start because it had no engine but Where the engine was supposed to be sat a box filled with CDs containing Taylor Swift songs and not the good kind (The racist ones). I was heartbroken and dumbfounded by this but then again why would a Jamaican Spanish teacher be living in Alaska? And why would I buy a car when I'd soon be needing bail money for the multiple crimes I commited earlier on??!
I don’t remember where I heard this story. But I thought it felt so true for a lot of people including myself. God was toying with a man because he found his struggle amusing. The man prayed and prayed and struggled. But the more the man struggle, the more God toyed with him. After a long time, the man stopped struggling. In fact, he gave up on everything. He just sat there, motionless, emotionless, no matter what God did. God got bored of him and left.
You could replace god with Bob and it would be equally silly. It's just wisdom of life wrapped into a religious context. There's nothing that profound here. Your dad could come up with the same thing.
God does not help with anything because he has already given us enough for us to do those things by ourselves. But at the end helps with loving other people, because this is impossible without God's help, with this much evil in the world.
This poem beautifully answers the question, "Why?" Even though the answer is there already, given to us by God, it can sometimes be hard to remember that amidst the chaos. This poem makes it seem so simple. God bless you for posting this.
So, basically all we need is hope, faith and love. It's not necessary to be religious. You lose hope when you lose your faith. You lose love when you can't get love from the people you want, because they don't recognize you. That's it. So, where is solution to be happy? Be delusional and deceive yourself? No thank you. Hardships in life are there to overcome them, but I'm just tired of them. The solution is to fight no matter what because I'm a man.
This and @hurdygurdyman1905 are the reason why God says no all the time. We are capable of finding or forming the truth/solution/answer on ourselves, even though that the input we make from said truths may cause other problems. The cycle continues
@@hurdygurdyman1905 Well it sounds wrong if you put it that way but the way i see it, YOU are the answer to other people's prayers. Faith without works is dead
@@evening_child2099 What you're saying is clearer to me now. Yes, of couse, we are to be active in the world doing good works. But also, God doesn't need us and can and does act to accomplish His will in this world.
Happiness is being content with the blessing God grants us by his grace. At the bare minimum this is life itself and the device which you access youtube from.
No, Happiness needs to be accepted. Whether you are happy or not is a matter of your willingness to be content with what you have. If you aren’t happy then you might want to change your situation, if that doesn’t work then you might want to change yourself.
When you have serious depression since the age of 15 it's really impossible to fight for happiness.😂😂😂😂 God is a piece of shit. He makes people absolutely miserable to the point that they want to Kill themselves and then asks them to find happiness 😂😂😂😂 He is sick freak. God is the MOST EVIL.
@@Crussissiptisxxx im going to challenge what you aid, just try not to take offense. I’m gonna need some proof, I happen to believe that God can only see little tiny snippets of my own life in only frozen moments/pictures in time. How can you love someone when you can’t fully experience their every being and identity. God doesn’t really know what it’s like to be most of us, so how can he really love us?
God is not a fairy, people who don’t obey or even believe in him yet still ask where He is, when things go wrong. Free will and non-intervention is His right, if we can’t be faithful in the simple requests he makes of us, why expect anything else of Him?
wake up!! we are about to enter tribulation and the Christian church has completely mislead you, you need to repent so God doesn't pour his wrath out on you we are required to keep the Sabbath (Isaiah 56, acts 13:42-44) and to not eat pork (Isaiah 66, acts 15) Paul specified in Galatians 3:19 that sacrificial law ended meaning we still have to keep the ten commandments. He ended animal sacrificing and stoning and circumcision. Matthew 5:19 in Ephesians 2:12-13 it says we are grafted into Israel meaning the prophecy and covenants given to Israel still apply to us and Isaiah 11:11-13 says that you are apart of the lost sheep of Israel christmas easter halloween are unbiblical idolatry, christ wasn't even born in December and these celebrations come from paganism such as yule, saturnalia and ishtar The trinity is an unbiblical idolatrous doctrine (numbers 23:19, mark 10:18, Matthew 26:39) the messiah's name is Yeshua not Jesus read John 5:42-43 about this
Looking at the titles and a few some all of the other videos this one looks like is way above of the rest in how it delivers a powerfull or valuable message. The only that let me some thoughs in my mind.
There is no doubt that we must choose good in all aspects of our life but do not forget that we would not be able to move a muscle if God ever forgot about a single one of us. Jesus LOVES to hear you humbly ask for strength in the time of temptation, and He will show His loving mercy to be a light that scatters all darkness in your life. Jesus, I trust in You.❤✝️
I am no angel… I am no god… I am but a man… So, I shall serve as a guiding hand. So, I shall serve as a shoulder to cry on. So, I shall serve as a sword and shield for those in need of a blessing. I am not the hand of god. I am but a man. And as a man, I was born from god, and thus I am a blessing. And so, I shall serve my family, my friends, my neighbors, as their blessing. For every birth is a miracle, and every person is a blessing.
You wouldn't be happy if you didn't also know what made you sad. There would be no contrast, no measure by what conditions are better/worse than previous times. Could God make the world perfect? Sure. Would he? No, because we would all be fundamentally robots then. Perfection does not exist apart from God
When you ask God for courage , you think he will magically give you courage ? No. He will give you a challenge to be courageouss. When you ask God to give you love, does he insert the love into you ? No. He will create an opportunity for you to love. God doesnt want to treat you like you are a slave, he has given you a free will. And you must do those things. ✝️
This cleared up a lot for me, I recently have gotten back into my religion and I often pray for patience and now I understand that what I’m going through is to test my patience and give me strength 😄
@@takudzwamachikicho4535You literally cant do a thing in this world without help from others. Why do you think asking for help is wrong? Why do you think getting help from god automatically invalidates effort? If god offered help in someone's time of need even once it's either it'll strengthen their faith or they'll get lazy. If they didn't get help at all that could ruin their faith and cause them to sin even worse. Should a child just raise themself? Should an adult never work for another man? Should we take care of each other? If you wont hold mankind to this same standard than why would you make an all power being that could help lead people to the right path follow that same path?
You're not very wise, are you? The point is he's already given you everything you need by giving you life at all. If he took away the bitter how would you appreciate the sweet? Life is living; you can't live without freewill, without risk and reward; without actions and consequences good and bad. There's a song by the band Oh, Sleeper, "Two Ships", and during the cresendo, it's supposed to be God empowering the listener as the vocalist belts out "You will not be abandoned, but I will not intercede" This makes me think of that moment.
Most of these things are unbiblical. In fact Jesus tells ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened unto you. The whole God doesn’t give you patience he gives you the opportunity to be patient is not found in scripture.
Not to say you're wrong regarding how Biblical this is, but from my experience this is how God works. He gave us free will to become, through Him, what we were meant to be.

This legit makes me feel religious. This is the only good thing I've ever heard from Christianity(I'm assuming). Unlike the constant "you will go to hell" or "just pray" this was actual wisdom. Thank you.
That's what you got out of this reading? I think the point is that we're meant to grow. We need to take the blessings that God has already granted us with and use them. We also need to learn to value the right things in order to be happy. Is it better to have parents that give you everything you ever ask for or is it better to have parents that teach you how to live well?
Very desapointing, i was specting some shitpost and end up with a religious message that may be cool if you are already a believer, but for someone that leave the religion long ago, basically sound like "Yeah, you are right. God you do shit for you."
Try and find God outside of religion. The world is better with something more. It doesn't even matter if it's right, God makes people better people and life hurt less. Do it for yourself
@@robr307Instead of finding god why not just find people and devote that same energy to help things that'll actually acknowledge your existence and suffering. A prayer won't make your life better. An action will make your life and those around you better and you'll know for certain theyll be in your corner. If a god were to exist there shouldn't be so many evil people that are successful and happy while those that devoted themselves to helping others suffer. The same energy you devoted to praying could be used to love thy neighbor.
And when all this draws people away from God instead, God (depending on your interpretation) tortures them for eternity, forces them to live after finally revealing themself, or simply destroys their soul.
that is more a factor of Christianity viewed through some non denominational sects or protestant ones. I know Catholicism basically describes Hell as being apart from God and all that is good.
