here's the proper how to eat balot. after remove the skin put salt and more vinegar before you eat the first bite. after the first bite . put again salt and more vinegar before the second bite. while balot is in your mouth you should add more vinegar.. purpose to cover the strong taste of balot.. actually balot is addicted exotic food. if you know the proper way...17 or 18 days balot the taste is like normal egg. but sometimes the seller seeling balot 19-20 days. this kind of balot has strong taste. that's why you should put more vinegar or put vinegar in your mouth..
