Great job as always! Question I always wanted to figure out is how do u calculate calories for items with no calorie listing like the 5-0 donuts?? I know u weigh them and compare to a chain company. But what about the toppings or say fillings, and different ingredients? If u could shed some light on this I would really appreciate it! Once again good job bro

Can I ask how you feel the day after a cheat day? Do you just feel like your regular self? The few times I've had "cheat days" I've always felt kind of bad afterward; just tired, no energy, like a sugar "hangover". I've also felt really heavy.

what you usually do before or after these type of challenges in terms of protein ? do you make up the next day for the lack of protein intake or just go back to your regular diet and dont worry bout that one day?

On normal cheat days, I just go back to normal eating. On big ones like this I’ll do some intermittent fasting and eat a bit less since im not that hungry the following day
