I saw this trend / food challenge a couple of years ago and completely missed out on only eating coloured foods for 24 hours, but then I found black pasta and couldn't not give it a go!! So today I only at black foods for 24 hours!!

Black coffee isn't black it's a dark brown, therefore black coffee jelly would need black food coloring added into it for it to qualify as black food.

It was cold out and she was shivering because her body knew what to do to warm up, shivering will cause a bit of heat and tell you to get out of the cold. But if you are drunk, you ignore those cues from your body, you don't get out of the cold, and if exposed too long to the cold, you will freeze to death. The alcohol deadens many receptors of pain and feeling. That's how people can get seriously hurt when drunk and not in a safe place. 🤔 Sad but true.

The dried black limes are very popular in Mediterranean dishes like stew and chicken or meat broth , you can also cook it with spiced rice with turmeric or saffron it is one of my favorite dishes . It taste very light if you want a stronger flavor you can stab it with a knife before you cook it 😂

LOL Jazzy!!! you are soo funny, your facial expressions are priceless. Just btw, squid ink comes from a squid - a thing that lives in the ocean like a fish. Caviar are fish eggs. Explains the fishy taste and smell. Super entertaining though :)

Black lime is used as aroma for the food in Indian or like Middle Eastern food I believe. You poke holes with a fork so it releases the aroma into the food and then you just get on with cooking.

Here in Sweden we have a cheaper red kaviar that is mildly smoked that we put on sandwiches or eggs, it's delicious! And my friend, who is from Norway, made me taste a 85% chocolate and it was really nice, not bitter at all, but I can't remember what it's called, but it comes from Norway either way.

Caviar by itself is way too salty (Like trying Marmite for the first time by eating a spoonful 😝) But it can be really delicious when used as a garnish, I highly recommend it with blini or a roasted potato with a dollop of sour cream and a small spoonful of caviar on top! Other black foods: Forbidden Rice, Black Hummus (made with Black Sesame Seeds), Black Licorice, and Blackstrap Molasses (which makes fabulous gingerbread cookies & cakes!)

Your trolly looked like a goth went grocery shopping. haha! Check your local cheese makers for charcoal cheese. It's black, and it tastes pretty good. I know Snowdonia Cheese Company made it a few years ago but I don't know if they still do. Black liquorice. Hoisin sauce is kinda black. I once made a black velvet cake by accident using purple food colouring!

Very funny video!! Most items that say black are usually dark purple like Black Currents and Grapes. You should try the Century Egg - the yoke is black and the whites have turned a beautiful amber color. Hope you are doing well!
