I ate RAW meat for 24 hours 

After eating animal based for the better part of a year, I decided to take on the raw foods challenge for 24 hours. My normal diet would include a few oz of raw organs but never this amount of raw muscle meat. Did I get sick? No. Should you try it? Probably not. If you are just getting into an animal based diet then I would highly recommend cooking your foods.
