Hey y'all, hey! I never thought this video would get as many views as it did. A lot of assumptions have been made, which is fine. However, I encourage you to take this short video as it is, "I ate raw vegan for 2 weeks." Nothing less, nothing more. As far as recipes, I just went on Pinterest and searched "raw vegan." There are plenty of great vegan content creators on the RU-vid platform that can give you more insight as well. Thanks for watching! ✌🏾
And you where incredibly beautiful and gorgeous, wish that you where single , I am a single man I would have done that journey with you , you keep going beautiful lady and I hope each day is as beautiful as you are , blessing to you and you're family ❤️

Congratulations to you Ma’am with your beautiful self, I love seeing a person strive to be the person they want to be, I myself am starting to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables so I can lose some lbs, I was a skinny guy growing up, over the years I gained a lot, so I’m back in the lab again, this time to create a more healthier lifestyle.
I have been vegan since my massive stroke at 46, which left me paralyzed and cognitively impaired. I went vegan against my rehabilitation team wishes and I am happy to say at 54, I am a human dynamo! I got everything back and then some!!! Best wishes!! YOU GOT THIS!!! 💪🏽
@@purityandplants it is amazing! During my initial trauma when I was bedridden I was shown how to use RU-vid. Here is where I found a channel called Okraw! Where a man said if you never want a stroke again, you will do this! He said to eat only plants? I thought at first this guy's crazy because I never heard of someone eating just plants? Then that night I went to bed and had a dream about my escape from my damaged physical life and it really affected me so much that I researched more and more about nutrition, my body, my lineage and my connection to life! And now here I am! Telling people that plants are the key to changing their world of nutrition and health! Have a beautiful day purity and plants! 🙏🏽💪🏽🙌🏽
You go girl! I did a fruit and vegetable detox. Dropped weight, had more energy, my skin was bright, started changing my lifestyle, incorporated more workouts. I started at 250 and now I float between 190-195 lbs. I’m 5’7” so that was a pretty dope amount for me to drop. I’m proud of everyone on their journey to feeling and looking the best version of their self.
Great job I’m at the same weight. How did you do your vegetable detox and how long did it take you n how many times a week did you work out ? Please let me know 🙏🏽🙏🏽thank you
@@fedjynaaltine8492hey!! The first one I did was the Dr JJ Smith green smoothie cleanse and the second one I did was the Dr Bobby Price Herbal Detox. The first detox I was able to maintain my 5 day a week workouts. The second detox, I could not workout for those 14 days.
I've been a raw vegan since 2022 . My lifestyle. Started at size 22 @ 286 lbs 2024 size 12w and 207. Goal is 180 appropriate to height. It works. Congratulations Queen
I did raw vegan, alkaline diet, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian. By far raw vegan was the one I seen the most results. Mentally, Weight wise, energy levels, overall health.. But it definitely was the hardest prep wise
I'm at my heaviest ever at 217pds and just got diagnosed with a 2nd autoimmune disease and its chrons at that. I know yall don't know me but pray for me. I need to take this journey to get my life back, and not live in constant pain. I wish every well and may the creator bestow blessings on anyone who reads this.
Ohhhh may god bless you and heal you of your illness atay positive mive and stay consistent if you fall off just get back on heal her god in your son jesus name Amen@sheamcneill
Don't forget to take a B12 tablet. Raw vegan is great short time, but not long term. After a month or so you better switch to vegan, low fat. WFPB, no oil. Great for your health and weight. Check out Dr Esselstyn!
Incredible results. I quit after 2 days... Man it felt like the world knew I was on this diet. Everywhere I look was people eating fried food Infront of me. Even at the stop light random stranders crossing street with plates of food. Walking in slow motion smiling and winking at me after they took a bite. Oh gosh. I had to throw in the towel. Well done sis
Don’t commit and don’t announce it. Try once a week. You’ve got to say no to distractions and avoid certain ppl and places. Make a plan for distractions and have snacks for weaker moments
@@jaymillymillsThere's a difference between raw and steamed vegan foods. It's just preference of how vegans want their food done. Honestly, I went vegan for the animals, the planet, my health, and mental health. I don't have preferences having my cooked or eat it raw. It's your choice if you want to eat your foods raw or cooked.
Hi Bonnny, can you please tell me what type of dressings I can use for salad and tacos? I'm just getting started, only two weeks in. Thank you in advance!
@@diazdiaz3761 it's best to make your own in a blender. I like to use either an olive oil base or avocado base personally. There are a ton of recipes on youtube you can try. A lot of the vegan brands lack taste and are expensive.
I’m doing a 21 day juice cleanse to transition myself to plant- based for me and my children. I’d love for you to follow my journey . You did amazing!!! And this is motivation for my to keep going !! 🤎🫶🏾
@@SimplyJustCee Impressive!! Pro tip - if you want to feel full, the good kind, please look into beans! Try some Mexican food if that's your jam. I love the way beans fill me up like steak, but my body feels light and stays full for long.
Nice, what are the updates now? I'm a Whole Food Plant Based health coach, and future physician, and it's great to see these progress videos! WFPB (even if not 100% raw) is a game changer! In fact, for sustainabilty and making sure you're getting adequate protein, it's good to have some cooked foods like Legumes/Beans/Lentils, Whole Grains like brown rice/quinoa/oats, etc. :)
I have been vegan for 15 years and I went raw vegan for 9 days and detoxed so bad. I have to do it again because I realized that the detox part was the hardest. Congratulations on your journey.
@@TammyTravelsTheWorld there is no other side I think, because humans are not monkeys and we are not designed to eat fruit alone. The detox is perplexing as if you have been vegan and think you have too much toxins then where are these toxins come from? Human's ate meat for 2 millions years, only 10,000 years ago we started eating plants of any kind. Don't get me wrong I was a Vegan for 8 years and was a believer until my health just got worse and worse. Does that sound familiar? I eat meat only now and I have never felt better.
I think part of what happens, our bodies have so much inflammation due to crappy food, crappy ingredients, additives, sugars, etc. I was on a cardio friendly diet for a month after open heart surgery and lost weight and looked great, and then I got back to normal and got a bit bloated. So now I'm going back to veggies and fruits . Whatever it is, You look great. Keep going
I’m not a raw vegan but I eat vegan. When I exercise with it, I typically lose 3-6lbs a week. Feel so much better than I did last year. Currently 46lbs down. Almost at my goal weight. Let’s get it!! Congrats!
All the best , wow amazing results. I walk, bike ride , reduce carbs and intermittent fasting and down 30 lbs steady at 170. You are beautiful! Eat to Live💪🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I just started my raw life at 10-10-24 . I did a juice fast of 33 days followed by a 60 hour water fast and now I’m eating almost 100% raw Cashew nuts are not raw .. So say I eat 99,9% raw and feel so good . Lost 10kg hehe . I’m proud of you Cee .. ❤ stick to it , you can do it 🎉
Thank you so much for making this video! You inspired me to try this. I will go shopping and start this tomorrow :). I have been trying to look for a someone who isn't already really skinny with tangible, realistic results. And you are glowing! You look amazing!
Just make sure you're getting enough plant protein Goddess, that way it will be even more filling & easier to stick to it. I didn't see enough protein on your plate. You can do this! ✨🪷🌿🏆🌿🪷✨
Changing the way I eat changed my life! I eat Whole Foods now - only fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds. I stay away from processed foods. I’m no longer constipated as I continue to lose weight & gain more energy. It literally change my life.🎉
I think sometimes people forget we can still eat what we want it’s just the quantity and how often !! I’m 27 and still have my highschool body even after birthing two kids . I do not deprive myself of the things I want I just watch how much
So awesome gurrrrrl!!! I love the 10lb weight loss. YEP.....you sold me on what I need to do. Eliminating the bulky meat will help me a lot. Thanks. Proud of youuuu!!!!!!
