Absolutely love your videos. I've been trying to get into kayak fishing but it's hard as a complete beginner without a sounder. Gonna hope experience will help me find some great spots like yours!

Thanks, Kevin. I'm glad you like them! Kayak fishing,, needs little experience, ones you get that, its easy . If I don't get bite, I change the spot, and if i get bite on 1 of the spot is bonus 😋. Bait fishing you need to anchor . You need to be in the same way with the current. Otherwise your bait will be behind you. If you do soft plastic or lure yes you can go with current and wind.

He took so much line, I didn't wanna lose all line. I sort of know my rod straight, and I released the drag. Daiwa real good about that, last time I told them how I break my rod, they changed it with new one. That's why daiwa

Many sources, new is SLH or one of the other dealers, used you can find on numerous trading/marketplace sites. We fish together occasionally, he runs a big girl PA14, David who you see occasionally has a PA12

I bought it second hand. It is a Hobie PA 14. I mod few things on it. I added an electric motor, marine carpet ec. It is heavy, but I have my ways to load and unload.

What rigs are you using mate? Just running sinker?

Yes, small ball sinker, hook 5.0 or 4.0 . Hook to swivel 80cm line, ball sinker runs only to the swivel. Not to damage the line, add 2 beats on both sides.

What depth are you roughly fishing at? 4-5m?
