Sorry dude, this is not the hardest challenge, round 2 is. I try to tackle round 2 at the moment and it is a nightmare. Only thing that helps you near the end of round 2 is luck.... a s**t ton of luck
Oh yeah I was thinking the same thing. Round 2 is so much worse. When the game is already stacked against you and the stack it more against you. The gamblers luck is freaking insane. He hit horn drill on me. Three times in a row!
@@Nightflameflyer Fun fact about Stadium and Gen 1 in general. The reason why the OHKO moves seem to do more, is it's not just only 30% base, but if you're slower due to paralysis it jumps it to a base 70% of hitting ohko. If you're slower due to agility/speed raises of your own type it's roughly 50%. It's the reason Scyther has a 108% chance to crit in stadium with Slash lol
I cringed as he passed over every 2nd evolution to just look at the final evolutions. They made usually the final have better stats and evened it out by giving the lower evolutions better move sets. If I remember right some of the mid had good move sets and decent stats. Haunter was one which he looked at. I believe Graveler was another, but I can't remember the other couple that were decent to good options.
Unfortunately the lower stats often make a strong moveset not worthy as you still won't dash out much damage, while tanking even less hits. Take 7:07 as an example: Onix has an exvellent moveset here, yet its stat make it pretty much unusable. So you're better off looking for the final evos with good movesets or 2nd stage evos that excel at something like Kadabra and Haunter do in speed and special or Poliwhirl with Amnesia.
They made most of the rental pokemon have ass moves on purpose so you'd want to plug your red/blue/yellow in and use your own pokemon more. A thing you actually CAN'T do on the switch version
C'mon man how does nobody realize Zapdos can stomp Aerodactyl?? Even though it's rock type it's part flying using an electric attack and rock isn't immune to electric ground is immune to electric lol
Gosh. I thought you really meant the hardest pok'emon challenge in stadium. According to the guide book, the hardest challenge is, getting all monsters into the hall of fame in Pok'emon stadium.
Well, I guess Poke Cup Master ball is the hardest cup in the game. But saying it's the hardest Pokemon Stadium Challenge absolute clickbait. Hardest pokemon Stadium Challenge would probably be Pokemon Stadium randomizer on R2
