Michael Pátek afaik that is not how it works, throwing the holo spray resets your Stim cooldown so you can Stim instantly, you have to Stim right at the end of the last Stim and you get more speed

i actually have been thinking of a buff for octane where it speeds you up by 300%, speeds up you health regeneration by 1500% without the health penalty, and increases your jump by 200% with a cooldown of 30 or 45 seconds
