Not obese =/= Healthy weight Weirdly, your body will store fat in specific places without just blobbing out like we're used to in the Anglosphere. "Skinny-fat" is a thing, and it usually is overweight, but your body may also not show it in such obvious ways, either. Bodies are weird. Even if he is overweight, it ain't by much. I'm mildly uncomfortable with how confidently I can guess that he's pretty close to the mark.

@@remen_emperor Yeah skinny fat is not overweight, it is fat stored in/ next to your organs, which makes you unhealthy, not overweight. You can look totally skinny but still have a high procentage of body fat. What actually helps, is build up muscle in order to stay healthy, because when you get older, your body will lose the muscle and you will get more and more immobile and fragile. The irony of it all is, you will automatically weigh more / lose next to no weight and Japan does not like muscle, especially with the ladies.

By Japanese ethnicities he is, but by Welsh he's slightly overweight (by a few %). You can see the fat is mostly around his internal organs, meaning he would benefit from loosing some fat. Some weekly calisthenics (body weight exercises) would really benefit him.

The Japanese have very warped understanding of overweight. Sure by their 162 cm ( 5'4 ) standards most Westerners are overweight. Most Westerners however are far taller than your average Japanese person. I once had a Japanese doc say I was overweight. I am like doc I am 195 cm tall ( 6'5 ) with a 91 cm ( size 36 ) waist. You're carrying more body fat than I am and I am quite literally three times your size. He acted all offended when I pointed that out.

Yup, healthy BMI for Asian vs the rest of the world is actually lower, too. So Connor is not overweight. The doctor is just unfamiliar with foreigner health.

@@clothar23 Actually, it's people in countries like the US or the UK that have a warped understanding of body weight because obesity is such a prevalent problem. Japan has the second highest life expectancy in the world (88+ years), so they know a thing or two about health. What did the doctor use to determine whether you were overweight? Usually, the most basic metric is BMI, the relation between, age, height, sex and weight. That calculation is the same everywhere, it's an international norm. How did you determine his body fat, did you measure it? And what has someone else's weight to do with yours? If someone is overweight, they don't become not overweight because their doctor is even more overweight. Weird (non-)logic. Size also means nothing, because body fat is distributed differently in different people.

Loving Evan's cut-ins. As for wigs, Connor, speaking from seven years of experience, you just kinda put up with it. The best thing to do is to get an experienced hand in wig styling so that you yourself can prepare and style it up to your own comfort, but long wigs are just by what they are going to be a hassle. Which is why harvesting wefts and rearranging them to thin the wig down is a life saver.
