To answer most of your guys questions, I bought the car for $700 because it had a bent valve so I had to replace one of the heads. I have since repaired it and sold it
Unfortunately my A6 did not meet expectations. The 2.8 was woefully underpowered and car always had small issues all the time. Too bad because it was a great looking car and very comfortable.
Interesting, I haven't. Do you know roughly where it's coming from like front of the engine or back of the engine? There's an electric coolant pump on top of the engine that's notorious for leaking but it's a bit of a pain to get to under the intake manifold. The only other common place I can think of is the thermostat housing on the front of the engine. The stock one is plastic so it can crack and start leaking, but you can buy aluminum ones online that are much better
@@NathanEntzRacing it's coming from the front of the engine I found a small drip coming from above my oil filter but can't see any leak anywhere above it and the other leak to me anyway looks as if it was almost coming out of my oild pan gasket but it wasn't and there isn't any coolant in my oil
@@ccgaming319 weird, yeah I don't think it's the thermostat housing then, that's on the passenger side at the front of the engine. There are several rubber coolant lines in that area above the oil filter so my bet would be one of those. There's one that goes from the coolant reservoir down to a hard metal pipe, and then two short rubber ones that connect to the oil cooler. I would investigate those first if it were me.
