That sounds so wrong in so many levels, especially if it's painted dirty yellowish white... But yeah, a diesel mustang... no one dared. Let Westen be the one to do it!
Man, Westen, you bought my old Mustang!! Loved that car, insurance totaled her out down here in LA. Ran over a crocodile trying to avoid a giant Sasquatch. Couldn’t avoid either though. Enjoy that car buddy, it is sweet!!
Wow Westen thanks for the Video.... In before Beyonce calls you and calls Shotgun on the first ride after you get it fixed/running. Just kidding....if she called I would graciously let her go ahead of me....Seriously nice find. I hear the Automatics are less troublesome than the stick cars so that's a good thing. My Wife has an 07 GT Convertible that got backed into right at the centerline of the tire, and it bent that upper strut support thing. According to the body shop, that piece is critical to the alignment of the strut and because it was pushed in they had a hard time getting it back where it was supposed to be, to get the front end properly aligned. The guy told us otherwise it will eat tires and never be right...they suggested at some point changing the spindle if it ever is a problem, so check into that as well. Good luck and be sure and let me know when I'm getting my ride.....lol.....

Looks like a gnarly off-road project to me. Weight balancing will be a problem, but I'm sure you can work around that. Strip the body, use front suspension parts from a couple junk f-150 front end and protect the important parts of the engine.
Really liked the truck/diesel content and prefer that. Does look like a nice car and a good project. 4BT mustang gt would be much better, need a baby fummins! lol
Interesting! Looks like a lot of body and frame work to do. But, you guys are knowledgeable and I bet you can pull it off to make this car as good as the day she was factory built, and better! Good luck.

I’ve been there myself. Years ago I bought a wrecked wrx and it had a bunch of upgrades. Damn good buy, but beware when buying wrecked vehicles from Copart they always are worse than they appear

@@riddlemethis7828 Our channel isn't about rebuilding we love cars/trucks everything. We are going to have to rebuild this one but that just a small part of what we have planned for it. Also, I bought it for a really good deal.
