I’ve over used my credit and I’m regretting it because I want to buy myself a house now but I’m also on the fence on whether or not I actually need to because I’m living at home 😂.

Thanks for advising on the bulk amount you put in your bond. I was worried about being charged on the full R450 000 bond amount even when I put in a lump sum.

Great Video honey & very insightful❤️Bought my first property at 30 back in 2019 and yours truly went for the 7 digits as a start up, it was a good decision then but with the rise of interest rate I want to go back to renting bandla & save my money . I’m still gonna do a whole video on things people should know before purchasing a property because sana it’s a lot and sometimes we go in with the excitement and totally overlook some other important things to consider

The best thing to do is to save up a lot of money as a down payment. If they say 10% went save at least 25-30% in cash. The more you put in the less time (years) to pay and the less money you pay in interest.
