I wouldn't feel bad for stiffing the F.A... They've taken the p155 out of fans for decades & been launching new kits far far too frequently. They used to last 5yrs, then about 3 & now its a new one every single bi-annual tournament. I'm quite content with my ScoreDraw 1984 I added an "umbro" flock logo to. My original one with " Fifa Mexico 86" doesn't fit now & I wanted an update. Haven't liked a new England shirt since the Euro 96 kit & haven't bothered. I'm trying to find the red change shirt of 1984 - such a simple V-necked elegant kit, given how indulgent & ostentatious the 80s were. I know Nike own the Umbro brand but Nike usually make ugly kits. This actually isn't bad, but quite happy with the ScoreDraw I only paid £25 for.
For Americans I would recommend up sizing 3 sizes on DH gate. As A large person I was excited to see 4xl kits which are almost extinct in the football world. Other than Manchester United no one offers them. Not even MLS clubs. Anyway I ended up giving them to someone who wears XL and they fit them perfectly.
tricky one to answer... I was born in Hereford and my dad took me to HUFC most weeks when they were playing at home - grew up in Ledbury and now lived in Cheltenham 11 years so when the club folded I never picked the phoenix club back up... Dad and brother both season. ticket holders :)
Why do they always hide the star?💀 if I was an England fan, I would want them to make the star gold or something to show that you’ve actually won a World Cup!😅
Hi Ry, each time I’ve looked on DH Gate, I can only find shirts with names and numbers printed on. How do you get the plain shirts without name and numbers? Can you give me a point in the right direction please as I’m definitely doing something wrong!
Sorry to jump in. Any shirt should be available with no name and number. All you need to do is pick the shirt you want, scroll down, choose size then highlight the box "no name and number" as opposed to clicking a box with a player's name and number.
I thank you so much mate before i watched you a couple of months ago i didnt know about dh gate, Know 2 months later i have 15 dh gate shirts it is great, Got 5 Hull city shirts for the price of 1 from the club shop, Thank you again keep up the good work mate
Yes, as long as you ignore the Euro 96 away kit & the France 98 home shirt. 2002 World Cup, both home & change shirts were easily the best Umbro tops since 1990-92.
Looks a great copy. Any chance you could help out on the sizing. I see you have an XXL and it doesn’t fit too bad. Any chance you could give the pit to pit (chest) measurement of that shirt to help me out when buying one 👍
The home and away has now arrived and they are spot on, the big question is do you wear them before they are officially released, the away one is great but won't know if the colour is the same to the official, until they are released
I have home and away shirts on the way from DHgate, I paid less than £27 for both including P&P, If I bought from shop in March or April you be looking at £160
Just how many times have we worn the current red away, not many, surely not worth the extortionate amount they charge for the thing. And I know getting a shirt this early off DHGate is usually a no no, but with Nike having their template for the season, it’s easier and easier for the fakers to get the copy pretty much spot on even this early. Maybe patterns and material might be slightly off, but the design will probably be pretty much spot on. Glad to get a new home and away kit as they were both pretty weak, but it does seem like we haven’t had them that long. The previous two (the euro home shirt and the lovely blue away shirt) we seemed to have for a lot lot longer than the current 2. Intrigued to see the new away when it finally drops. Not sure how it’ll go down, some people struggle with us playing in blue, let alone grape.
As a kiwi if new zealand won anything, especially a world cup no matter how long ago it was, i would want that star to stand out. other countries have won world cups decades ago and still showcase their stars proudly, it almost feels like a slight disrespect to the 66 team that won that world cup by not having the star be more prominent in the shirts design
I was gonna get the new "grape" away kit but wasn't sure how decent the dhgate versions would be yet if the official hasn't even been released. Might reconsider now. My opinion on the star is there's no point us having it if we're always just going it have it the same colour as the shirt 😂😂 wear it with pride Ps that gasheads scarf needs to go in the bin! 😂😂😂
I've bought so many England shirts recently...i got the umbro reissues of the 66 shirt with 10 on the back got the Mexico 86 with 10 on the back got the red 1990 away and i bought the alf Ramsey coach jacket brand new with tags!!.... and guess what...i can't wear any of them because it's January 😂... but yeah I'll probably buy both home and away i like them both
Haha I’m actually from Herefordshire but lived in Cheltenham almost 11 years 😁 got the scarf from a trip to Rovers back in December… hopefully back again soon! 🍻
Just paid for my tickets to the Slovenia game in Cologne, need to get myself an England shirt. First England game since the quarter final v Ukraine in 2021.
It’s looks like a ladies blouse, ridiculous. I only paid £20, with 20 Bowen on it, got medium instead of the usual small too. No way am I paying 85 quid for a shirt that will mean nothing in a week for a team that puts in 0 effort
The collar looks weird! But looks better than the cheap looking previous version. Is that a Bristol rovers scarf I see in the background?…….only one team in Bristol, and they play in red…..Bristol City!!!!!!
haha I'm not a Gasser I just pick up bits from the clubs I visit 😁 Yeah the current kit is a bit shite, the only think I like is the colour of the blue is a nod to Euro 96 home kit but it's just too much
Don't search for the team name as the sellers normally can't use them for copyright, same reason why they blur out team logos manufactuerers and sponsors. If you are looking for an England shirt then search something like "Kane Sancho Shirt" then England shirts wil come up but you will also see Spurs, Bayern Munich, and Dortmund shirts because of the players club teams. Or search "Angleterre" instead of England. Also look for sellers with atleast 98% rating, a high sale percentage from you part of the world. (North America, Europe etc) and lots of reviews with buyers pictures attached.
I looked on DH Gate and the pictures often had this shirt but the Swoosh was missing and the england badge didn't have the three lions. Whats that all about?
@@RysFootyParadiseThanks mate. Although your shirt is good I wonder if dh gate ones will get even better when they can get their hands on a genuine one to have a closer look. Would be interesting if you got another DHgate one in a couple of months to compare to this one?
That’s a good price at £16. I am not an England fan, but if Nike made a modern replica of The Admiral Kit it would sell like Hot Cakes. Great video again. 👏
Hello sir, I need help. I want that English shirt but I don't have money because I'm still in school. My parents can't afford to buy it for me because it's expensive. Can you be kind?
I wouldn't get annoyed with him, take it out on the Football Association. They're the ones letting themselves take it up the 5h1tter from Nike. Boycott the FA, ditto Nike, tell your mates to do likewise. 15yrs of Ashley taught me to boycott Sports Direct and buying ANY merchandise from Newcastle, especially with those God awful Puma tops & f***ing Wonga. Thank goodness Adidas start up with us in the summer.
All England shirts with blue on it (with the exception of the three lions emblem) are rubbish. There is no blue in the England flag. So it shouldn’t be in the shirt design. Red and White only.
I used to think like that but I suppose Italy play in blue and Holland orange... I know those colours have reasoning but the odd bitter blue I don't mind
Important to be aware that you are funding slave/child labour in buying this. Do what you like but in case you weren’t aware this is what happens to get the £8 football shirt.
