Not gonna lie, I'm doing the same thing where I'm bowling two handed during my summer league (Had a stint where it's how I bowled) and can't carry anything less than perfect to save my life. I can't wait to get back to putting my thumb in the ball for fall leagues.

one think I absolutely hate about bowling alley they when it's a Sauna in side ur bowling ball thumb get tight and thumb Swells up that u can Release the ball right and then u have to Either.use slide power or open up the hole a lil but then it to big can't hold onto the ball and have to use thumb tap

omg the moment you mentioned the humidity it got me lol i had to take a blind in my league a few days ago because the approach was so tacky that i fell and hurt my knee

I had the same issue on Monday. It was beyond frustrating because NOTHING helped. I probably should have just taken the blind too. Instead, I turned it into a 1-step drill session because I didn't want to get hurt and I was feeling the stress on my knee. I got forced into sandbagging.

Hey Darren how are you doing? I myself had made that 4-7-10 only once. When I let the ball go on my release I thought oh no I threw it pretty slow. I just caught enough of the 4 and the 7 and drove it to the 10. Hope you have a great League season this summer.

Recently worked on my approach and footwork because I was tripping a lot and I was really inconsistent and now it’s a lot better. Still gotta get used to it but it helps a lot. Went from 150 average to a 180 this week
