The primer is the most important part to prevent rust! The cheaper glass shops skip this part many times.

I've been changing my fogged windows myself at home. You basically remove the plastic window trim and using a putty knife slice through the old double stick tape. Clean surface and apply new tape specifically made for windows and reinstall.

I have a regular rear window like that and I would prefer a rear sliding window. My previous truck had a sliding glass window that was nice for ventilation and long odd cargo.

That sucks....but that's what work trucks are for. Takes the hits while the High Country is for Saturday nights 😂
