It's a nice change to the rules to allow full ownership of the land and property now. We love Koi sumui and it is very much our next step as the wife does not like Dubai. We have been 6 times to Thailand and honeymooned at six senses Koi sumui and love it... plus some very good Muay Thai gyms. 🙌🙌 Set up company with 51% ownership and no voting rights to the Thai shareholders and purchase that way is the best way i have found.

Golden bull is perfect, the price is nothing, I got crystals of a few cm which cost much more then that :-) I sold plastic garden sculptures in the past, imported them from Poland. Make sure they use good paint, not to much chemical and can withstand the UV light from the sun, as the painters might use cheap paint and then in a year your Bull will not be golden anymore.

Congratulations on your success ive just started following you but had seen you on a diffrent RU-viders channel doing an interview just felt like a genuine guy. One of my dreams is to pay my mothers house off and buy or build my own. On the trading journey myself frustrating days and years but all i can do is be smart take the trades review refine and repeat but issue thats draging me down this year is hesitation i know there will always be uncertainty but what makes the diffrent between a trader that just take the trsde and one that hesitates is it just repetition.

So what happens when you tell everyone that you`ve found paradise? More and more people will go there, some to live, some to work, the natural beauty of nature will gradually be eroded, the air will be polluted and the sea will be contaminated, all the land will be sold to developers and spacious houses will be demolished to make way for flats, cramming more and more people in. The local population will secretly resent you because their children will become your children`s servants. That`s why I`m more impressed with the likes of Warren Buffet, he still lives in the same modest house in his hometown of Nebraska which he purchased in the 1950`s Now that`s class!
