You should hear three cylinders into four four pipes the center pipe splitting into two pipes and the total capacity 550cc, A booming bassy two stroke racket and when you throttle off it crackles sucking air back up the exhaust pipes,two big bassy ones for the outer pots and two little ones for the inner pot,sounds like four motorcycles,Got stopped often but with in legal limits
I have to believe that crankshaft was straight and ideal since first montage? Ideal 180 degree between rod pins. Ideal distances between counterweights. Everything was just perfect...
Wow!! The headlight assembly style used to be sold here in India in the early 2000's as an aftermarket part, I also use it myself on my Yamaha rxz 135 5speed . Brings back old memories, those were the good old days.

Yet again the word 'Impossible ' does not EXIST for this young man. Extremely talented young man with a very bright future ahead of him. Surely ALLEN MILLYARD will be highly impressed as well with this young geniuses abilities. So wish this Le Dan was closer to me as I have amazing patent engine that I would have loved for him to build. Respect from an old man in South Africa.

You should do a video on your machining tool bits and explain what each bit is primarily used for , a lot of us would be willing to do this but lack the knowledge of machining on this scale
Great build .can you do a twin front disc brake conversion for this using 2 hubs stronger fork springs and a fork brace .it's the perfect big wheeled scooter 🤟👍🏼
Really impressed with the finished bike sounds great , think the clutch isn’t up to the job though and could do with a bit of tuning but as we all know a project is never finished. 👍👍

@@hhstarwars where I live triples are often found in nineties snowmobiles, so you can easily find a running engine for a few hundred bucks. Crazy power, and they sound great. A buddy of mine still rides one, just as fast as a new snowmobile.

I had maybe 20 bikes the fastest out of the hole was Bultaco Pursang again 2 stroke. Nice decent cutter in the lathe Excellent crank job also. The expansion exhausts are very important so later with the mufflers which only detune things.

I’m not gonna lie I like that little bike. Not many here In the USA. I did used to have a Derbi 50 or Aprilia copy street bike, wish I never sold it , it was so cool! It would do about 80!!!
