i built a tiny house for ALIENS in the sims 

This is SO FUN! Don't worry about packs and cost. These are my favorite types of builds from you. You get so creative when you don't limit yourself!

I actually really like the idea of an alien who's fascinated by human food, I might make a sim like that ngl

I love that it looks like the aliens are trying to fit in, making a modern house and all, but still being a little off- to play into their nature!!! also lmao, alien blue suburban

The alien slugs and stuff, I imagine, would be more like an alien pet rather than another humanoid alien

As someone who only plays with the base game, I had NO idea just how many "weird" things there are in this game 😅 I vote we do these kind of builds more

I think that alien having an alien slug in their house might be okay bc they may keep it as a pet!! Like a frog or something idk

You should try doing a different type of Occult Lot Type, like a Werewolf Park, or a Mermaid Restaurant, or even a Vampire Bar.

Okay this is weird but when you described an alien who is obsessed with human food I couldn’t help but think of Loki, who in the comics, is actually obsessed with human food, particularly breakfast meats. So now I’m just imagining this is Loki’s house.

I’d be interested in a community lot that’s like a space museum! I want more builds with those pretty space prints

I love it. You pulled together all the colors and the "alien-esque" vibe rather well. And I love the red and purple touches outside in the layered shrubberies.

Please do a "Plant sim" Occult tiny house, but like go for it with the vibes. like maybe not even have proper wall and use plants/ivy or debug

I remade Oasis Springs last year in a retro futuristic style but unfortunately lost a few of my builds, including two Space Needles 😭 Fortunately most of the builds were saved! I really want to try making a giant clear dome from a glass roof and making an alien house inside of it!

Those alien plants, specially the mushrooms, would look amazing in a fairy garden or a gnome village house

the hilarious thing about this build is how much mint-adjacent stuff there is in this build. whenever i try to play the not so berry challenge, i find it fun to make my founder an alien who i say just crash landed onto earth and becomes a mad scientist learning about life on this new planet and its inhabitants, so the fact you made this house for an alien and its also mint is exactly something i would do

I love when you're not limited! Please keep going no matter the cost/pack. I mean most of us use money cheats by this point ;)

Hey Kayla! You might already know this, but if it won't let you make the columns taller, you can use the size up/down command and you can make it taller! Maybe it's just on mac, but it's worth a try! ☺️

I love the idea of two alien sims living together, one completely gets humans and the other who doesn’t get it but still is fascinated. Ones room would be decorated “normally” and the other could be decorated literally however

you can press the [ ] buttons on columns to raise them without limitations!! you can also do it to lower it, but idk if that works on all of the columns

Having an alien collecting aliens is like a sim collecting fish or frogs. Probably a bit odd to some, but it's just a fun hobby to those that know. Plus maybe the alien is using them for cooking up tasty alien cuisine.

I literally just build an underground alien scientist bunker with a white theme and that odd panel wallpaper from get to work. Great minds think alike! haha

I actually used a lot of these in my homes when I first started playing the sims 4 (I was 13 years old and kind of obsessed with modern architecture lol), like the weird windows, weird doors, weird chairs and sofas and desktops. I even seriously used the magenta alien plants once 😅

feng shui of the bed against the wall of windows and then pointed right at the door that like basically in a stright line to the front enterance. now that's alien

i dont know how'd you go about it but making a bowling alley + glow in the dark minigolf lot would be so cool using those alien plants

I loved this build! And also: every single time you delete a whole room by accident I think about that ‘no mistake challenge’ lol, can you imagine how frustrating it’d be!

4:41 another tip for this, instead of dragging the column just use the keys to size up and down. Like this u can change the column's height and it goes all the way up and even higher :D also works for multiple floors

Thinking of a Chef there are some really interesting Food Prints from 'Dine out' pack and there is an Alien Mailbox from 'Get to work' it was close to the Oasis springs one. I love this Tiny house and its so well done despite not being used to using Alienlike objects.

Nicely done. This almost gave me millennium/Y2K vibes with the space + white and aqua-teal-mint going on. White, silver and metallic blue seemed to be the color-scheme thing back then. Ah... all those ideas about Mars, extreme technological advances... We still have not even made it to a hovering car.

I haven't played with aliens in months, they never kidnap my sims even when I'm playing with a scientist, I have to actively contact them to get taken and then it's just no fun. I want to be taken by surprise and just have to deal with a random baby.

This takes me back. I once built an entire sci-fi restaurant, using the logic that a group of aliens built it to share their culture and have "a little bit of home" for those who chose to live on Sim-Earth. I went absolutely ham with mixing and matching everything sci-fi I could find, including using Journey to Batuu, and it ended up being the coolest looking building in my forever-in-progress world save. I had so much fun with it, I decided to turn the rest of immediate neighborhood into similarly alien-looking buildings.

I've got a new challenge Idea. Roll a random number - adapted to the amount of colors that exists in the game and then build a house with the maximum amount of colors rolled before. For instance you rolled a 4, then you may only use 4 colors in the house.
