The stand she was looking for exists in the game! Its in Get Famous and your sims use it to get dressed in the Acting Career. If you use it on a regular lot you can click on it and change your outfits OR style another sim so you could have someone actually working on your outfit which is super fun! Thats what I used for my clothing stores!
That leafy green colour is so lovely on Keyla, makes the colour of her eyes really pop. I wish I didn't look like a sickly beetroot whenever I try to wear green, it's one of my favourite colours as well!!
I think the photo studio upstairs is a great idea, but before you thought of that I was thinking it could be the men's section for their suits so that they could also come pick out their tux for the wedding
fun fact: If you put automatic lights the game keeps it on if there is a mannequin in the room cause they used sims to make them. Not sure if they patched it. But that's why there is a limit. Remember that movie with wax figures with humans inside? same thing lmao
The fact that we still love this game so much even when it puts us through so many crashes and bugs shows that we're not the problem. I hope they fix it, part of me is scared they'll abandon it like sim city
My game crashed yesterday when I was putting a bunch of residential rentals around my world 😭 and I immediately went back into the game and continued playing
I love this concept, the build is so so pretty! It could be super fun to do a bridal shop & a tuxedo shop side-by-side for all the sims to come visit to dress up before weddings
I don’t want this to sounds rude by I always fall asleep to your videos, they’re so relaxing! I always come back to them once I wake up to actually see the build tho lol
This was a super cute build Kayla! The upstairs room with the vanity made me think - it might be fun to build a beauty salon! Perhaps with the make-up chairs from Get Famous and the chairs you can do nail painting/massages from Spa Day ☺️
I love the build! It’s perfect for my legacy because their wedding will be coming up, so it’s nice I’ll have a chance to use this if I decide to take them shopping! I do plan on making my own store on this lot though, so it would be nice if you could turn the original clothing store in Magnolia Promenade into a wedding shop/clothing boutique if you decide to do a bigger build. Or I might combine your old renovation with this one! 🐰💕
i would love another wedding shop!! maybe one with jewelry and bridesmaids dresses and "alternative" bridal styles! this is soooo pretty (and i LOVE wedding dresses)!
the dark bottoms on the dresses are caused by shoes,, ive only seen it happen on cc dresses but then again i dont really use long dresses. it only happens with some shoes tho so just change the shoes to ones that dont glitch (its a lot easier to tell if the dress and shoes are different colours to eachother)
About having more mannequins, if you make a room with them and duplicate that room you can have more. I don't know if they glitch out after building, I will have to try that out still, but it may work.
This really brought me back to my time working in a bridal shop 😭 I would love to run one in the sims but I think it might bring back some bad memories of retail haha. Super cute build!
i absolutely would Love a larger wedding shop !!! maybe in San Myshuno that has a lot more diverse wedding dress styles, as well as more colorful options!! Maybe with a menswear section too :33

I may not be correct, but I’m pretty sure that they would want curtains in the photography studio because without them the natural light would be hitting the person in an uncontrollable way. But either way this build is so cool!! 💍💍
For more mannequins on a lot, try putting some into a room and save that then place said room in the building you're making (make sure to save everything before placing the mannequin room just in case).
I’d love to see an updated version of the Not so Berry guide lines with added sections for all the new updates that we’ve gotten, like the main guide is base game but then have all the new pack stuff in like a blurb under it. Since you have all the packs and stuff, I think it’d be interesting to see an updated version.
I can't remember what color mannequins come in but i think maybe making them a color instead of white would make it easier to see the dresses with a little contrast. but very cute build!
I like how she is planning a dream wedding. When I first got married it was in a tipi by a shaman. With a couple people to sign license. 7 yr later I planned my dream wedding. It was all camo including the guests.
i worked at a bridal store during the PEAK of the mannequin glitch and it KILLED me not being able to build my workplace in the sims. this is healing for me

Ok so I don’t remember how many lots are in MP, but it would be cool to have another store for bridesmaid/prom dresses and another for tuxedos and suits.
KAYLAAAA!! There’s a little platform in Get Famous for changing clothes in the acting career that would’ve been perfect 😭 I was hoping you would at least mention it but you never did so I hope you see this, I’ve used that in dress stores I’ve made!
