Thank you so much Kayla for having someone do your cc (closed captions not custom content), I know so many people who either have shitty cc or no cc at all. Tell Hope I said thank you. I started playing the sims because of you, and your channel being accessible makes it so much better.
Tell Hope we appreciate all that the time she spends on closed captions! It really helps a lot , especially for those who have trouble with hearing or watching fast paced videos. Thanks Hope!
I am neurodivergant and am fully capable of listening and reading, but the combination of the two at the same time gives me extra clarity and focus, and it helps SO much. I love caption-ers.
You know what fascinates me... Lilsimsie is able to perform under tight time pressure, creating a masterpiece, and yet she is able to TALK us through it gracefully. If I was so focused and stressed, I would be like "UUUUH" for 10 mins straight.
unrelated but I think a funny video would be a base game sims "ea style" house. not one where you have to follow ea restrictions, but like a house where the bathrooms are like 6x8 for some reason and there's no toilet and the back door leads nowhere lmao
I find it so amazing how Kayla always gets overwhelmed with these challenges but _every time_ she decides to make a bigger house than the last one. This one has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. What the hell, Kayla lol
I think you should do 10 minute exterior challenge and then make a second video when you only have 10 minutes to decorate. 2 videos two challenges one house! It would be mildly less stressful and gives you more content.
The look of the house on the outside is super cute, and the layout inside was pretty good :) i didnt think the living room was that bad or the kitchen..actually any of the downstairs, but i do agree with her for the upstairs with picking a few different piece than the ones she quickly chose. That seems so fun :D I've been playing a challenge for the past meh...2 or 3 months, so maybe a build challenge is something I need so I can get my creative juices flowing and step away from the lives of my sims. Thanks for the fun quick content Kayla
I cannot express how much I appreciate your content! Even though I'm not exactly a regular watcher your videos are super high quality, and you and your friend even take the time to add subtitles even though you dont need to! I think you are the best content creator the sims could ask for and I hope you keep making content for years! 👍🏻
That literally looked better in the first 30 seconds than anything EA has built lol. I loved it! I'll definitely play in it. Now that this challenge is done, can you please make a video showing us the renovations that you would make if there weren't a time limit? Like renovating your own build lol? I think that would be so fun! Love you! ☺❤
hi simsie! love ur channel and loveliness with the sims. i was thinking maybe a cool challenge would be to go back to old fan favorite challenge builds and do sort of a shell challenge kind of thing where you try to improve them but can't change any original furniture, so like for example you could add to this house but not move any existing things, or maybe be able to change doors and walls but nothing else. hope u have a great day
I just wanted to say you are my absolute favourite youtuber to watch and am so happy that you upload videos everyday. Currently watching your whole legacy challenge playlist
You absolutely nailed this! Seems like at the 3-minute mark, you shift into "whatever, it's fine" mode and you just GO without thinking. Imagine what you could do if you started like that!! Or, do you intentionally prioritize the layout over décor? I definitely think minimizing the packs is a good idea, but you should absolutely be proud of yourself! This is great!
I like it, it turned out great and you did great for ten minutes. I have never ever had a Sims household in Windenberg. I don't like the lots but I know I can change them. lol. Love your videos.
This was so impressive!! You spent more time on the exterior this time, which meant chaos when you got to the inside, but the exterior is soooo pretty so its definitely worth it imo😊
If you want a little chaos, a would highly recomend you the all lot challenges challenge, James Turner did it a time ago and i think it would be fun to see you try a gameplay challeng like this. You can add the feature of having the tiny living bed and the spooky lot trait in a tiny house to make it even more dificult.
Hey I like it. When I download houses I usually change lots of things in it. 1) I don't like blue. 2)I change stuff to suit the needs of the family. I like that it is Tudor. You made it in time.
It looks pretty good actually! Maybe a fun idea would be a 10 minute renovation challenge - going back to this build and doing all the changes you wanted!
Merry Christmas Simsie! We appreciate you sm for your constant content. My New Year’s resolution is to learn from your builders bible videos and build a house that doesn’t look like a box with windows 😂
Your scheduling and commitment to always having fresh videos up is very impressive! And there is never a "bad" one either. I thoroughly enjoyed this 10 minute build and the house is adorable!
After the holidays you should come back and make the changes you want to see what it could look like (just for the hell of it!). Or maybe make it an "EA" Challenge where people can change things, but the amount of items have to remain the same, that could be fun!
Always so freaking impressive to see Kayla building so fast - I mean, I think I am pretty decent in building in the Sims, but 10 minutes into building I've placed like the outdoor walls, lol. Practice makes perfect! 🥰
I like the design of this build, But I wouldn't try to build in 10 minutes unless I had at least the furniture choices on the lot in the corners. Merry Christmas Kayla.
I feel like we got a lil sneak peak into how the actual sims team designs the houses they build in game. Like, they’re given 10-15mins and have their actual life on the line.
I wish you could toggle seasons and weather in build mode, just like how you can for the time but with weather/seasons so you can see what your build looks like for example with and without snow.
I like the house a lot! I would download it. the interior looks like someone just moved in with the furniture they had. Realistically people's furniture doesn't match most of the time, none of my Livingroom wood furniture is the same wood tone, and it looks good to me.
I think the countdown clock works much better underneath your face cam. Otherwise we have to try and find the clock on the screen as it is too small and is camouflaged in the bottom corner of the screen. Love u
